Will add that on requiring our vote then it would have thought mean we will be involved in the new entity.
Obviously though we will still need to wait on seeing how good a position Frr will look further down the line.

One thing that Dev mentions & that is Frr will want our votes on the restructuring of which, is one thing I had never thought on.

Infact I think it become 7yrs left of licence after adding on to what was left of previous.
Overall though we had a very positive piece of info come through from Chris & Gambler of which has improved situation by a good bit.

The 7yes ext, is I am fairly sure from before this mess all started of which now, is just over 2yrs.

Now we have had that very positive news. Maybe & is still maybe Frr will release a formal statement on restructuring over next few weeks.

As mentioned by a few including myself. Cannot see any point in the restructuring unless Frr had good backing, also same applies to Dustin returning.
Any backing Frr do have though, very probably can only be used on development or if more than very lucky a t/over when all other crap, is sorted.

Agree on that the restructuring will be like the previous one.
What would be point of this, just to have Frr walking with a very big sack on their back.
Would also add cannot see Dustin returning unless Frr was looking in a good position, if not dare say, very good one.

Looking like ZM has left with SN holding the baby, but looking like in a good position.
Might be that he is just being transferred over to one on the companies registered in Georgia though.

Was it not that both Frr & Hope had requested having a new date set for proceedings?

Overall we have absoluty no info on the restructuring & as things stand Frr have not shown any inclination that will change.
So for once in your life Frr come through with something that will show all shareholders that we are finally coming to an end of this crap journey, also it is a positive one.

On the hope part would say that we need more info formally released by end of January on the restructuringng for many still to believe that it is/has happened.
Otherwise it will just to start like more words from ZM with no substance.
So hope something does come through over next 3/4 weeks.

As far as the restructuring, is concerned & how it will affect shareholders. Would say that will have to wait on its completion & info on how Frr are looking, as far their future looks.
