I would agree & on that it has started to look like in a positive way of which would be great for all holders.

Let's see if we can have a bit more info come through on the restructuring .

He might have had some sort of access, but I am sure SN & ZM would not of allowed him completely free access.

Chance of that overall holding of all whatever size might have improved in value.
On above though would need Frr to have some very good backing i.e. funding behind them.

Things now are looking very promising compared to just 2/3 weeks back.
As monkey mentioned my expectation of a good outcome for all s/holders is defintely more on the positive side.

If it is the case that ORider, is offered their $35M back through an equity scheme & he does not take it then as already mentioned by few their s/holders would be just a little bit ****ed off with him. Especiall, as Outrider worth has dropped, so much.

On the restructuring being completed I cannot see that SN & ZM would have gone through all this crap then be no better off on other side or maybe worse off, as there will be more shares.
So feel that things will look better, but obviously not how much.

Cannot see any reason why GG would be interested in taking up the offer by ORider & with him also asking that if another company take up the block would they pay ORider what they believe is owed to them.
So last part, as mentioned a few times by various posters that shows of desperation & not a position of strength.

On as far as a SM, is concerned as previously mentioned all of this restructuring/reorganisation would have to be completed before they would go anywhere near signing anything. Overall though would have thought Frr would have had a fairly detailed discussion with them over time.
Obviously though there might not even be a SM, in sight at the moment.

Overall, it just reads to me that we are still in the loop, but don't know how much.
