Even though it is still guess work on our part. At least we have had it confirmed something is happening & it is looking like we are not far from finding out some detail on all of it.

If it is the case there is a SM, involved in the background then would think the restructuring would have to be completed before any deal with them is properly signed off.

One thing is that after going through all this they would hope be thinking that it would be for something really worthwhile not just a few hundred bopd.
Let's hope as tsbs has mentioned they do make formal contact with us.

One thing that seemed to happen very fast was ZM not being CEO any longer. Especially as he had been on tv a good bit over previous weeks. On ZM leaving it looks to me that it just might have been a planned move for some form of deal to be completed.
In end though we need to hope that there is a deal & we are included. On that part I would go for that we would be.
As mentioned earlier should find out in a matter of weeks & not years, as it has been from when Frr delisted.

Now we are this far down the road would say that the contact Looed managed to get has got to come up with some form of statement/letter addressed to s/holders & explain what the fck, is happening.
As it is now looking very close to time for sending out letters to various.

Overall I think we all knew that Outrider would go for any angle, if there was a chance on them making 10s of $Ms , if not $100Ms & that is exactly what they have done. Whether their successful or not, let's hope they are not & that there is still a chance for s/houlders.

Overall I would also have thought that on Frr still having control over a big % of the gas & oil that has been talked about then the end buyout price, if indeed there is one would be a good bit higher then $150M.
Lets just see, if this does all come good over coming weeks.

On the website side of this. It does look like Frr would have had to pay in advance from when their latest contract ended & as I had thought that they probably would not have wanted to renew it & pay for a website that would not be needed. So lets hope that is for a positive reason that the website is not required any longer.

Hope also still looks to want his grubby little hands on those shares.
In end, let's hope on an ending to all of this crap & it puts a smile on s/holder faces.
