Strictly speaking, we shodln't need an MOU. Not only is it the case that most mining ventures proceed without an MOU from whatever government, but MOUs are legally non binding anyway. In my opinion, what will shift things here is an announcement about a JV or third party funding. Yes, an MOU would also help but I don't regard that as key and I'm not waiting for one.

I agree with your last phrase. It's just irritating that the PFS had such an impact driving the price down when it was precieved as weak and yet not in driving it up when it's clearly strong.

Given the negative price reaction to the original PFS, I'm surprised that there hasn't been a strongly positive reaction to the new, glowing PFS with it's superb numbers even given other issues, which were common to both instances of PFS release.

@17:57 Much better colin. Personally I doubt a seat on the board will be required, but some tie in to an agrofert related business. Regardless, it doesn't matter. There's plenty of space here. Our PFS is based upon just 9% of the resource, and that would keep us going for 20 years. Point is that the original cause of concern about babis, namely a supposed threat of nationalisation made for political reasons, has now disappeared. Now it's just about business deals. I have every faith in KC to do the right thing, and so should everyone (in my opinion :-))

skelly, none of us know what's going on. Not the rampers, nor the resident constant whiner. Opinions stated with certainty, whether they are optimistic or pessimistic, can only be whimsical opinions. They cannot be based upon fact. Yes, Babis is a threat and a pain in t he arse. We all know this. We know the history. I've been here for over three years. If the original threat of nationalisation was ever going to happen, it would have happened by ow. Constantly reating the fact that babis is a problem contributes nothing. Not to debate or mood or anything. We know. And the same might be said for the bizarre ramps.

My point is that you have next to zero sufficient knowledge of what's going on behind the scenes for your comments to be anything other than presumption and supposition. And you keep repeating the same thing over and over. It's depressing and irritating. Have your opinion. But please stop assuming that everyone else is interested in it. Post facts and salient news. And opinions backed up by facts. Gawd you must be an awful person to have a pint with.
