RE: News this week?28 May 2019 10:10
I suspect that things are starting to come to a head, and that everything is a bit fluid right now. It's quite important that the PFS reflects the requirements of end users, and depending upon what talks are going on and with whom, it may have required some fine tuning. EMH are talking to the govt, we know this. But we don't know what requirements are coming out of those talks. So there's a kind of triangulation process going on between corporate end users, EMH and the govt., and that process will show how best to position the PFS.... what to emphasise. Or indeed there might be another, associated reason to hold fire for a moment whilst talks with both parties proceed.
I don't think anyone should be concerned about a supposed 'delay' in the PFS release. A release date was never promised, merely reference made to PFS completion. And I am sure there will be good and valid reasons for holding back for now. Before you criticise, you should stop and think about how fluid and complex the situation might be in terms of many influential factors changing constantly.
As talks proceed and everything firms up, and uncertainties dissolve away, the day will come when newsflow will happen fast and furious. That's when we re-rate back to fair value. And in my opinion, that day is near.
