OK thanks. I'd be surprised if it applied to small boats too, although it will have to eventually. I'd like to buy one, but sail or power, you still need an engine. If IPC cars are going to be banned, what lies ahead for boats? As I can only afford a second hand one, I suppose it means lots of cheap boats soon, but problems running them. I've had discussions in groups with people who's like to electrify their boats but it seems there are no viable and safe options available.

holdtheline. Without knowing more, it's difficult to make an accurate assessment and one tends to fall back on intuition. Yes you make a fair point. Could babis be engineering the diamo issue to replce mgmt with his cronies? There is yet another angle though, that no one ever mentions..and that is simply that there's room in the Cinvovec field for two or even more companies to mine. EMH will never cover the whole site, which is why the old PFS dealt with just 9% of what's in the ground. Even that is enough to last us 20 years. So Diamo going mining isn't necessarily a problem. My guts tell me that all will be fine here.

My initial take on this is that it's positive. Things are coming to a head. Babis is under fire big time now from the EU and is very much on the defensive. This investigation of Diamo may tie into that in some way in that it's an extension of his shenanigans.

If Diamo is under investigation in this way, they're hardly likely to be able to present themselves as viable candidates for running Cinovec as babis wants.

With this investigation and with the EU chasing babis you could argue that all our adversaries are under attack, which can't be a bad thing. And if, as these articles I think imply, Diamo is under investigation as a consequence of legal action taken by EMH, then that suggests that we're not only standing up to the bully but that we're winning.

I attended the AGM yesterday and saw all resolutions passed (without objection) and there was a brief discussion amongst those there on the timing of the hydroxide results (now expected before end of Q1) and the work being done to progress the project, regardless of the political uncertainty that still plague us.

All in all a brief meeting with no surprises.

Personally I was hoping for the updated PFS before the end of the year. Alas we all know Cinovec advancement is delayed behind thanks to ol Babs.

Too much to ask for a mining license for Christmas please Babs?
