DFS completion is imminent (q1 2020). EIA been underway for a long time so again, completion imminent. Both EIA approval (assuming it's good) and mining permit will be fast tracked once Govt owned CEZ are partners. If construction starts within, say, nine months, production by 2023 is no pipe dream. You forget, things have been slow here for black swan reasons. CEZ involvement will now speed things up to compensate.

If you want to see what I mean, browse the TERN thread on advfn. Go back over a few hundred posts. And ponder the fact that it's been going on for about 5 years. There is anecdotal evidence that links the abusers to Tom Winnifrith's ************* mob, and to Wshak, who is a well known shorter much admired by winnifrith. See how often duxy posts... there's some evidence linking him to wshak. But none of this evidence is hard. There is a history with winnifrith that dates back to 2011. The details of this are in a post that was put up today and yesterday. And there is nothing that can be done unless advfn are forced to do something.

This lse board is good, but these guys have also attacked tern here on lse. Shorter attacks are a thing. And there's no knowing what share will be hit.

This is spamming and trolling at a different level from anything you're talking about. And it is designed to gradually undermine people's confidence and to manipulate the share price.

To give you an idea of the scale of the problem, here is a spreadsheet containing the names of troll IDs on a single board, collected over 18 months. It's reckoned that at least 80% of these names are the same person. The user names are often abusive plays on genuine user names, and the content he posts is frequently abusive and offensive, knowing that when he's banned, he simply creates a new ID. This could be prevented if the ADVFN system logged his url when he registers and prevents excessive re-registering. It does not require an army of civil servants. Good grief. Clearly a non IT literate person there.

What does a VPN have to do with anything? We're talking about bulletin boards being swamped with spam and BS, also misinformation by shorters. If you want to see an example, go to ADVFN and look at the board for TERN.

CEZ due diligence should be competed well before end of december. The 31 dec date refers to the maturity date of the loan.

The price hit 26 mid july, then declined down to the placing price of 18. So did the placee short from 26 and is now buying back? If so, might take a while. They'll be screwed if CEZ news comes along. Unless they expect the share price to rise well above 26.
