WelshFalcon agreed the cost of medical care in the USA is huge.
When one of my sons was studying over there he had comprehensive medical insurance. Despite this all the Americans advised don’t if you can possibly avoid it get in an ambulance. If you are in an accident and walking wounded call an Über the ambulance trip alone would be ancillary & cost an arm or a leg.
In this context alone the massive medical insurance companies stateside must be very happy & think SNG is a gift from god.

With absolutely the greatest respect for Captain Tom be very careful what you wish for.
It hopefully isn’t but it may be Captain Toms time. SNG involvement in that context would do irreparable damage and because he is rightly held in such high esteem in the court of public opinion in the worst case scenario we could be accused of aiding his demise. It doesn’t get much worse in terms of a PR disaster.

The market will give a very strong indication of the price point they will support. At this stage RM would not commit only that different countries might negotiate varied prices depending on what can reasonably be afforded and demand.
I really can’t get excited about guessing what the price in a given country might be.
If it works well and demand is great they might decide in some countries to charge a premium. In poorer countries if they sell twice as many treatments at half the price the outcome is more or less the same. The Lidl /Aldi stack it high sell it relatively cheap model or the Fortnum & Mason premium pricing.
Whatever it’s in good hands why try and guess the as yet unknowable?

Whatever your views on Brexit I would be the first to acknowledge it doesn’t come without disadvantages and uncertainty in a range of areas.
With regard to SNG within reason we have to be Switzerland or Sweden and foster good relationships with all potential trading partners.
But as a Brit it completely dismantles the EU claimed ethos and the sham negotiating stance they maintained for years.
Until it didn’t suit them then they were prepared to abandon it in a heartbeat.
Well out of it for me but as far as business transactions more than happy to sell to them. RM had better pay particular attention to any confidential contracts he signs with them as they have shown they are happy to publish them for all to see when it suits. With or without redactions, Oops :)

I am nowhere near as knowledgeable in these matters as some of the wise heads on here. Having said that I had come to conclusion we were being played and having watched for some time I was getting accustomed to predicting how the next trading day would shape up (major announcements excepted)
My son’s who are both smart cookies tried to explain the GameStop developments and were really excited how it was playing out. I get the gist but the dark arts are still a bit of mystery if I am honest.

The bureaucrats didn’t get their act together and messed up but now appear to be trying to bully their way out of it.
Ms Sturgeon is also seeing it as an opportunity to carry favour with the EU and score an own goal by stitching up the UK.
It truly highlights some of the issues of this artificially convened would be superstate which is in a super sh*t state.
They want to bully their way into the Uk and disrupt our supply.

My response to them would be a very brief One.

What WE know and confirmed yet again today cuts through all the other nonsense.

Nothing works and nothing is fixed until the pandemic is under control.

When the markets wake up and realise SNG could have an ongoing significant role in the solution that’s a very big part of an enormous pie.

As said before when you are lead to believe there is a threat lockdown, cancel flights and that buys you time to assess the threat and informs whether you can safely ease restrictions or strengthen them further.

If you learn an individual or individuals pose a potential lethal threat you put in containment that reduces the risk to others, formulate a plan and deal with it.

What you don’t do is let them wander about killing people for a few weeks while you sit around eating doughnuts thinking about what to do and then wonder where the hell to start your search for the bad guys.

Take the RM recent interview.
In elite team sports some coaches assess performance in minute detail and end up sometimes disappearing up their own orifice. I prefer the broader Eddie Jones type overview. Accept no performance is ever perfect and was the impact more positive than negative.
In my eyes RM had an excellent rapport with the interviewer, got some good stuff out there and came across as confident and trustworthy.
That to me is a big positive and RM stays on the pitch.

Ditto thanks Joey. This must be beneficial to SNG just not digested and factored in yet as Doc said. I am guessing those massive pre orders of mAbs don’t come with a money back guarantee.

I appreciate some of the reasoning but really getting fed up with experts and articles describing inhaled interferon therapy. Is there a conspiracy not to mention SNG?
