Trent, not sure it's a case of static custom shared by a hugely reduced number
of remaining pubs, if that were the case every pub in the UK would be heaving.
However agree that further capacity cuts may be supportive.
On casual dining there has been large UK capacity expansion over the last 4/5 years,
worth keeping this in mind.
On room accommodation, I'm unfamiliar with current supply/demand metrics.
Would accept that MARS may have greater diversification than some other operators.
Their pension deficit also looks very modest, if I'm looking at the right numbers,
another point of difference from some in the sector.
