You are correct I did buy at 2p but the difference was I wasn’t encouraging people to buy then by ramping this up on twitter. Oilplayer has consistently ramped this and never been balanced.

The reason I said I thought this would go lower is because that’s my honest view. Your opinion that it ‘adds nothing’ to make a negative comment as it could strike fear or reduce sentiment seems to imply that posters should only post positive comments. I think a BB should be about posters giving their honest opinion – be it positive or negative. If my negative view could really change sentiment or create fear then I’m sure my positive view - that this could hit 4p to 6p in 2 years would negate that negative sentiment!! Not too sure that I do have that much influence to be honest ! If only.

You say I could be wrong with my prediction that this is likely to go lower. I hope so. That was my honest view, not something I want to happen. If my current form on sp prediction continues then the sp will rerate next week. I have been consistently wrong for the past 5 years. But I’m just giving my honest opinion as I see it. Hopefully with some balance unlike some posters who make the same negative or positive point over and over again, never deviating from their position - irrespective of the change in news or circumstances.

That's why I think oil player was wrong to rec buy this share, at the moment.

For balance I still think 4p to 6p in 2 years is possible if things go well. I know, no good for many LTHs.

Ignore him because he has been saying the same thing for 2 years at 3p then 2p then 1 p all the way down to current low. You are right, many were buying at 2p and possibly because of his type of rampy posts.

If anyone took his advice before they would be underwater. This may well rerate at some point ( I think it will at some point) but its more likely to go down further before that happens as it keeps falling.

I agree with you, balance is required, and that's exactly what he doesnt do IMHO. He has been talking this up, rec buying, for the past 2 years as the sp kept falling. I ignore anyone who constantly keeps saying the same thing, be it repeatedly positive or repeatedly negative even when the circumstances change.

My pros and cons are; this may well 5 bag this year, but it looks likely to keep falling before that happens.(IMHO)

I dont think we are in a very bad financial situation - alluvial income is covering 75% of all group costs. CIB can keep us going for 12 to 18 months at current income levels. IMHO.

Issue for many is trust in CB and can he deliver what he has been promising ie more alluvial contractors, Omnia hard rock income and fair bride HR income.

If he can in then this will rerate - but can anyone really trust a word he says now?

I doubt CB is even thinking about any shareholders - not if you see the performance of GLR and BZT and their bb comments.

at Investor show re another one of his many companies (Bezant) he has interest in. What's interesting is his sales pitch is very similar to Xtract with the same one liners. He's a very good sales man IMHO and gets people to buy into his vision of the future.

What's also similar is that this co has fallen by 75% over 9 months just like Xtract - (he said at the investor show, in another pitch, Bezant was the most under valued co on Aim )

Oh and Bezant have also set up an action group now ! :)

Predicted income was same yes but both sides had different methods so agreed terms different and POG we were getting could have been lower as the risk for sino may have been higher as it was by grade for them and tonnes for west. Same monthly income estimated as CB may have thought grade method better?? Who knows though.

My main point was that, whatever the reason, he didn't state categorically what the price would be on the east so that does give him some wriggle room, on this occasion, to explain why the price we are getting is not current POG.

On a separate but related point, I think the west side deal probably was too risky for Omnia as they had to pay us a min of $1250 a tonne for what may have been a tonne of dirt ! So after a while they buggered off as realised they had all the risk and werent making money!

That obviously brings up the issue of Omnia penalties that were not enforced and we seemed to just forget about them (as far as I am aware)

You have read it right but that RNS was concerning Moz Gold/ Omnia - Not Sino.

he Board of Xtract Resources Plc ("Xtract" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that the Company's wholly-owned Mozambican subsidiary, Explorator Limitada ("Explorator") has concluded a Mining Contractor agreement ("Mining Contractor Agreement" or "Agreement") with Omnia Mining Ltd and Moz Gold Group Limitida.

Obviously that agreement does not exist now as only Sino are working the alluvials.

Sino RNS was dated 11 July 17 and no mention of pog we were going to get.

When quarterly figures were released I compared them with POG at the time and we seemed to get circa $200 oz less than POG (at each quarter price) so there is a relationship between our price received and POG. I'm sure the recent increase in POG will be reflected in our price but as we are only getting a very small cut it wont make much difference to our income. Sino will be very happy though :)

As I'm sure you know we don't get full POG as this is not sold straight to the market so we get less.

I believe CB said some time ago this would change when / IF we ever get HR income so we then should get full price.

If you number crunch the extra alluvial profit we would get from POG increasing to say $1350 it really isnt that significant. That's because we are only getting a fraction of alluvial Gold recovered. That said, It will be significant if/when we start Hard rock

However, ignoring marginal increase in alluvial profit, it is very helpful in keeping Sino happy and focused (imagine if they decided to bugger off) and may even encourage other alluvial contractors assuming POG keeps increasing.

I agree that Omnia will probably deliver but think CBs Q1 timescale is the issue. It was CBs time scale and as he has input into this he tends to look at the best case scenario in all events rather than the likely outcome.

I hope you are right about timescale and will happily be proved wrong... but I doubt it.

I think he will pull it off by eventually getting Omnia Hard rock income but not in the time scales he has stated.

I may be wrong, and hope I am but cant see his Q1 timescale being correct. I expect the sp to keep drifting down due to lack of news or progress - probably sub 0.6p before a rerate some time next year.

I expect some 2019 investors to do very well here but unfortunately most LTH won't be the ones benefiting most out of any possible rerate.

This now needs to 4 bag to get back to the level when CB took over and claimed this was a 'compelling investment case'.

Another possibility.... maybe we havnt had the new alluvial contractors announced as he can't find any outfit that would want to take the risk of clearing the 15m to 25 m overburden on the terraces for an unknown return. Sino are having the low hanging fruit at the river bed so have much less risk and cost.

I think you may be disappointed if you think Omnia's HR plant will be fully modified to take all types of mineralisation.

On 25 June pod cast CB implied that he didnt want to go for the low hanging fruit first (gravity fed) but have the plant ready to process all the varied types of mineralisation found in the area. If the link works below its at 25 mins.20 secs he covers this.

But in the recent RNS he now says....

The hard rock methodology is likely to be incremental, in that we commence in hard rock areas where gold can be separated by gravity methods. Thereafter installing a leaching capability and finally the production of a floating concentrate. Discussions are progressing well with our partners and we will update the market shortly on our more definitive plans."

I may have got this wrong, but my interpretation is that CB now seems to be more desperate to feed the quick wins in asap rather than wait until the plant is fully modified to take all types of rock before starting up. May be needs must and he knows he needs to start getting any form of income asap from Omnia Hard rock and now doesnt have the luxury of waiting until the plant is all fully modified.

Whatever the strategy, I would be amazed if Omnia HR plant was processing anything in Q1 as CB's deadlines and predictions are nearly always missed, as by some margin !.

In that same pod cast he said new alluvial contractors in place by August and ' nothing like 4 to 6 months'. It will be 6 months to the day (of the pod cast) on xmas day. To be fair to him 9 months is nothing like 4 to 6 months so may that's what he meant :)

Your contemptuous view on CB is well founded and one that I completely understand. However, I still think there is real value in the asset, esp at this level, so I still think the sp will probably hit 4p to 6p in the next 1 to 3 years. At this level and volume any little bit of good news will see the sP rise sharply and if we ever get FB delivering then it will rerate massively.

I don't think that will be because of CB's spin, but on actual fundamentals and profit (Fair bride actually delivering etc).

As I've said many times, the problem here has been CBs woeful inability to manage expectations and his constant predictions of best case scenario rather than most likely outcome.

Most LTHs will not get their money back but this still looks a reasonable bet, even with CB, over the next 3 years. (IMHO). It just seems unfair that those that will gain (probably) most, are those that didn't go through any pain (like all LTHs)

Looking at the previous RNSs this period of RNS silence is the greatest its been for about 4 years (I think after a quick check). Comms, as ever, very poor and getting worse. Moreover when CB does speak you can't believe most of what he says.

All that said, I'm here because of the asset and at this level think it will rerate next year and I still expect to make a profit at some point (I may be wrong). The problem is LTHs will not be the ones benefiting here but probably those that, as yet, have never heard of XTR and who will be investing next year or so and who have correctly timed, by luck, their buy in moment.

In the pod cast when talking about Moz Gold and Omnia CB said at 49m 10 sec......read one to be the other.... He implied they were, defacto, the same co. So how are we trying to have a partnership with Omnia yet are owed a significant amount of money by Moz Gold, which is, the same company? Something doesnt seem right and doesnt pass the smell test.

Watching that pod cast again is a hard watch. He said the $160K a month east and west side was the MINIMUM anticipated income !!

I still have confidence the SP will rerate, but that;s down to the asset we have and very low MC.
