Ben Richardson, CEO at SulNOx, confident they can cost-effectively decarbonise commercial shipping. Watch the video here.
"The Net Profit share due to Xtract for the 6 months ended 30 June 2023 is estimated to be US$2.1 million."
This statement was in the RNS. We may not have yet received it, but as its in an RNS so I am confident that will be correct.
As that was for the first 6 months of 2023 I would expect production and therefore income to be higher for the end 6 months. So I would think net income will be circa $5M over the full year.
IMHO the question is when will this be confirmed officially - not so much is the figure (broadly) correct. Broadly as it states the figure is estimated.
Hopefully we will get confirmation of the finance agreement next week but in the RNS it stated
"The Company retains the option to further extend the Loan Facility until 23 March 2024, on the same terms as previously announced."
As ever in small caps, things take longer than anticipated so the RNS confirming the agreement may take until mid Dec / early Jan?
I hope so as that will give me a chance to add more at circa 30p
Whatever the confirmation date is, it looks as good as certain that they will agree the financing arrangements soon. Some achievement for a small MC co and esp in these difficult times.
Maybe the lenders, who have seen more than we have, are very happy with the future potential and prospects here :)
"2025 i expect for $10k+"
Thats also my guess , and imho $11K + 2026 and $12K + by 2027
BR bottom drawer for a while yet but manica q3 results and also final year results in June 24 for full year 2023 should move the SP dial. POG should be near / above $2K for most of 2024
I cant see sp doing much until early Jan when Q3 results should be known...that's assuming we get some clarity in the results
Very long recover period here but maybe, just maybe, we are now at rock bottom and will be slowly making a slow and sustained sp recovery???
The person who just sold 645k obviously doesn't agree with me :)

Has CB got something right ?? :)
I don't post on here but have been accumulating while this was sub 20p. I couldn't agree more with Plutus view!
Anyone is entitled to change their mind, but do a 180 in a matter of a few days based on no news tells you everything you need to know about the motivation to now being negative....based on no news:)
"but I don’t believe that would impact on any decisions that will come to potentially and significantly increase revenue."
Disagree. I think it will.
We can only spend the manica income once. I suspect Cb would rather use it to buy more lottery tickets than use it to expedite the increase in output at manica. If he does use any of it to build up manica he may only a bit of it.
CB's strategy is actually sensible and correct if you haven't got much time left and are going for short term successes.
He's 80 now
I agree about the potential for manica and it does look to have good potential to increase production and income.
My concern is that CB wants to make another big copper discovery before he leaves ..and quickly as he knows he's running out of time.
Cbs focus will be treasure hunts and maybe doing more and more and being more speculative with each licence as time runs out.
If CB left now and we had a much younger CEO who's main focus was on maniac to fully exploit its potential, I think many share holders would jump for joy with that approach.
I suspect the share price would also jump for joy as well :)
" not once have I resorted to de ramping to suit my current strategy to do that."
I think its fair to say Howzap, that no one would disagree with you on that point :)
MMs will now take 2m block
I can't remember last time that happened
It's been very hard to sell much over last few days but MMs will now take 1m block
Are we about to move back up??
we'll see
"Do what Andrew and any other sensible investor does and average down"
If I was sensible I would have sold all at 7p and walked away with a substantial profit . But why would I do that when the buy-out was going to be much higher than 7p !
CB has very kindly given me another chance to average down !
And I decided to take it today with a £1K buy at 1p
I suspect CB may be kind enough to give me more opportunities to average down :)
Howezap here borrowing Andrew4444 lap top
Data coming out of US today means interest rates looks like they have peaked and will now keep falling over next 18 months.
That's good for Gold and Copper.
So income from manica should continue to increase and viability of BR will keep improving as POC keeps increasing throughout 2024/ 25.
SP recovery starting by end of 2023 and through out 2024
Apology accepted from you lot !
Does anyone know how you can give a thumbs DOWN to a post :)
(Sorry Howzat.. but FFS. If I am ever on trial, I want you as my defence lawyer !)
"Having said that, how close is the nearest processing plant with spare capacity ?"
Cadia Ridgeway (owned by Newcrest) is 60miles away with same mineralisation as bushranger.
"How much is not reported yet, but positive"
Agreed but not just lack of reporting but there seems, bizarrely, no desire for CB to shout about manica Gold revenues?
Only a few current holders will know about this and we are all over exposed. The wider market ie 99.99% has no idea about this.
Maybe the sp would be nearer to 3p then 1p if CB actually started to do what he has been very good at in the past - promote the company !
"but xtr are ‘still’ in a good place in comparison to many of its peers."
I agree with that.
But Xtr shareholders are not in a good place if they believed Cb's BS and bought in at 3p, 4p, or 5p, and are now stuck with averages at multiples of the current sp.
And most, if not nearly all, will be in that situation
And there is still a decent chance in 1 or 2 years time that many will get all their money back.
Wow! What an investment that would have been over a 5 year period :)
I think it will all end up OK with BR but it will not be anywhere near as good as CB stated and will take a lot longer than implied for the sale to be finalised. POC will no doubt need to be a lot higher , which I'm sure it will be in the next 1 or 2 years
Question is will CB still be around by then ? He's 80 on Saturday !
Some may well say if he's not the CEO then the sp will get a boost :)
Jezz
One off £5K to £7K buy is happening quite often.
I think someone is loading up? Or at least some see this price as a bargain?
HZ
My "last 12 months" comment was not a reference to Steve but when the 1.3mt was announced- which was not what we were led to believe would be the case. We then had the start of a slow unwind of expectations as reality started to become apparent over next few months. Reality being a mixture of head wins for commodity sector and CB's statements not being accurate.
We didnt get a quick big sell off, but volume dried up due to the above factors and no doubt Mms took it down to generate volume - which didnt happen, so down again to try and get more volume
Its more nuanced than what one person said or one factor but a combination of factors. One significant factor though was down to Cb's "inaccurate forward guidance".
And Yes, I'm being kind and tactful using that phrase :)
