Once cash is on the balance sheet of an EUA2 if that happens it will be reflected in the share price and everyone who hold EUA will get EUA 2 shares and can decide to hold or sell. The price wont crash as there will vlbe plenty of instis wanting those shares in my opinion as upside on EUA 2 long term will be pretty much guaranteed.
