Brutally out, European HQ'd technology companies do not and will not match the valuations of the US VC Backed tech companies. The US is the largest consumer of tech by businesses by far, just compare SentinelOne mcap to Darktrace (same space) and see for yourself the benefits a Nasdaq listing brings over the LSE as well. Dark should have listed in the US not here, they would already be at $10bn mcap. The exposure to Hedge funds just isnt the same over here versus the US.

Is having a good product isnt enough in B2B technology, you need a proper Sales force out in the field generating revenue, DARK will never be as big as CRWD, they firstly compete and you need US market dominance to truly get into the top tier of tech valuations. CRWD have the US market. DARK also wont have the YOY growth to warrant a mcap above 10-15bn which is still 3x from here best case. Their customer churn is high, and Net expansion rate low, see the same figures for Crowdstrike and they are truly world class.

Trouble is calamari, most people think their opinion's should be heard just because they have one, that's BS. At 1.5-2.5p for a long time, when it broke out, lets just say it hit 20p very quickly relative to the period it stayed in that range. The equivalent here is 20-30p. When we evetually truly break that, we will catapult to £4-500m+ mcap, just my opinion.

This stays below 25p and thats constant tops ups.
