Yes indeed earth. If he could maybe just sell a few "covid sucks azz" t-shirts via boohoo during the second wave it would be something. One of the most cashed up pharma's on the AIM and it seems he was too dim to get even the most basic of products to market to at least generate some revenue during the fist and second wave. Just abysmal IMHO. Up to now there have been companies with a market cap consisting mostly of jam jar lids that were able to get a test or hand sanitizer or something to market to pull in some revenue during the first two waves. Can't express how big of a joke this has all become.

Alastair's original timeline of mid-summer was bollix. He then revised his timeline to just plain summer to give himself another few months to play with and that is now officially bollix too. £50m quid in the bank, umpteen missed deadlines later and he's quiet as a little mouse is our Alastair at the moment. Never mind, no news is good news isn't cult members.

............I wonder how magnificent the next update will be. It's looking ever more likely that my original timeline of October/November that everyone mocked may well be way off the mark the way things are going. It will be the first thing I've been wrong about in six months if I am. The lack of news and Alastair's desperate overuse of the word "soon" has been a major red flag up to now. Every update has been fluff to divert the markets attention away from the lack of progress and delays IMO. I guess even I gave Alastair more credit than he deserved in thinking he could get at least one product to market by November.

...............In May when there were more red flags being flown here than at a communist rally, I stated the test needed to be on the market at the height of the first wave. You all shot me down in flames and said, "it will be on the market well before the second wave, and that's a certainty". Well having rinsed the market for £50m, not only has AVCT not made a penny during the first wave, they're now looking likely to completely miss the second wave. Even the most die hard members of the Alastair cult can't say that millions and potentially billions have been completely missed out on here by not getting one single solitary product to market during the most serious stage of this pandemic.

It would be good news if AVCT actually had a product on the market to capitalise on it after 6 months of faffing around. Never mind the LFT, before I have to listen to all the members of the cult of Alastair saying "Do you know how hard it is to develop a test?". I mean a product, any sodding product. Just a T-Shirt that says "Covid sucks ass" would do. They could even sell it through via Mr Boohoo. They've had six months, umpteen irons in the fire, £50m out of investors pockets and they've cobbled together feck all. AVCT has the largest market cap of all the AIM players and they've delivered less than all the others put together. There are even tin-pot companies run by trained chimps on the AIM marketing products to combat covid that have done a better job quite frankly. The performance here has been simply shocking, and the sooner people stop kidding themselves and start demanding answers the better.

1) Evidently the government thought the saliva test wasn't far away when Hancuck gave his radio interview. The government have now done a complete about turn and are hardly mentioning it again and are instead talking about vaccines. This about turn coincided with the last updates suggesting the LFT still hadn't entered the validation phase. Most likely reason is there is a problem with it still.

2) Every update from the company is vague. We can't blame a NDA entirely because the government via Hancuck have been hinting wildly at all sorts of things they obviously know sod all about for months, only to have to take it all back, or more often, just hope the public forgets they actually said it.

3)The BAMS test has disappeared off the radar almost entirely

In conclusion, whether there is a NDA in place or not, the evidence is there for all to see. The government have been a better gauge of sentiment behind the scenes as to how the LFT is coming along than anything else. As I've already mentioned, something has obviously gone wrong yet again which has caused more delays. The government is the best indicator of that, coupled with the increasingly vague and intellectually patronising updates being put out by Alastair which contain more fluff than Giant Haystacks navel.

.......Why is nobody pushing Alastair for answers at this point. His mid-summer prediction during the mega ramp up to the horrific placing and the Kamani family getting shares for a pittance was evidently way off. As of course I said it would be. Instead of having a go at me, why not start emailing Alastair for answers regarding the accuracy of the LFT, what the delay is, what's gone wrong, where the BAMS test has disappeared to, and when any of these tests are going to be on the market. Lots of questions and nobody is asking them. Everyone is just placing blind faith in a man who swore to the Gods there wouldn't be a placing just hours before organising one of the biggest placings of the year in the small cap sector, along with all the obvious insider trading that occurred leading up to it.

So when Alastair says the test is coming along nicely, and he's pleased with it, forgive me for not placing much faith in his word. If the people up to their eyeballs here had an ounce of sense they'd be demanding answers now instead of sitting around justifying everything the almighty Alastair and company do and say.

..............While the country ponders nationwide lockdown owing to the steep rise in covid case, AVCT is doing as well as ever I see. Doesn't say much for market confidence when the area AVCT specialises in is plastered all over the news and yet it's trading like Lloyds.

Alastair has a lot to answer for. NCYT has rival tests coming to market in the coming days/weeks. Tests which entered the development pipeline long after AVCT started developing it's test and yet we still don't think the LFT is even in the validation phase. What's gone wrong?

Until there's some news to justify investors paying 200% over the placing price I can only see this falling hard. There is going to be a lot of people sitting on 200% profit getting ready to sell soon enough IMO. Can't blame them either if I'm honest.

There are companies that started developing their tests long after AVCT announced it's plans to develop one early in the year who are now getting their tests to market while Alastair and co are still bumbling around concocting the next mincing RNS to present to frustrated shareholders. Don't worry guys, clinical validation is starting soon. Been hearing that for a quarter of the year now. It'll come true one day though, of that I've no doubt.

......I notice all the major commentators here are ignoring the BAMS test they were pumping months ago. Where is it, have you all given up on it now? Wasn't it supposed to be the gold standard and best test on planet earth according to some of you experts. So I ask again, where is it?

........On a serious note. Something else for everyone here to consider would be the fact that once this test is actually validated, it may be the case that many of the major manufacturers have contracts with other companies and are using the bulk of their capacity to produce other tests. How will AVCT cope then?

AVCT too slow every step of the way with everything they've done so far. It's a miracle the SP is up where it is in all honesty. There are companies who've taken on covid with tuppence ha'penny in the bank who've outmaneuvered AVCT every step of the way so far. The fact Alastair has delivered zero, zip, zilch on the covid front in any way shape or form in six months is the biggest joke of the year IMO.

..............Apparently the BAMS test everyone was predicting would land in June/July is being clinically validated by David Icke's mates on a distant planet five million ligth-years away. Rest assured once the test arrives on the planet bullshziticus Alastair will let us know when the clinical validation process begins. Don't ask questions, nothing to worry about. Alastair is also considering providing a bucket of sand as part of a special dividend for shareholders to bury their head in.

......People mocked me for months when I stated the facts here. Every other Covid stock is going up and this is still going nowhere.

Tells you everything when companies developing treatments are moving quicker than a company designing a test. My October/November timeline I predicted in May is looking spot on providing there are no further delays.

...........The market cap is well over £2m at the current level. On what basis should this be trading higher according to the people saying it will go mental?

.......I see Myles is buying more of the other test producer today. Surprised he's not topping up here more on the dip given how confident he is about AVCT.

Myles is getting really desperate if he's talking that aspect up now. I thought he was all excited about the BAMS test? He's gone quiet on that now though I notice. He'll be reminding us about how fantastic the Cancer treatment side of the company is next no doubt. People are obviously getting short of things to ramp here as AVCT has missed several penalty kicks IMO.

He's literally trying to talk up a poxy phase 1 trial another company is about to start and suggesting there is a chance there may be a second phase 1 trial, maybe, and it might include our Affimers that time around. PMSL.

.......A few months ago I commented that Cytiva could easily being going slow while they get to grips with every other companies tech to produce their own. I actually got laughed out of this BB for suggesting that. Looks like I called it right again. Cytiva know what they're doing and exactly what they're up against now and will be looking to blow AVCT''s test out of the water.

Where we stand currently:

1) Around 3-4 months behind the original schedule touted in May
2) Rapid emergence of competition into the space
3) Less likelihood of marketing the platform for other companies to use (Unlikely to see any royalties as a consequence)
4) Incredibly limited manufacturing capacity in spite of the time AVCT has had to arrange it
5) Still no clear idea of accuracy
6) As of the last RNS still not even in the validation phase
7) BAMS test?

Looks like my prediction back in May of October/November being the likely dates the test hits the market is coming true. The amount of time AVCT is taking to get this test to market you'd have expected them to have more manufacturers on hand than Astrazeneca by now. My biggest concern is that when they do finally get this test to market (3-4 months behind the original schedule) they will likely not have enough capacity to make any real money from these tests at the time it matters most. IMO they've been far too slow in every area up to now.

Also, what's happened to the BAMS test? Myles was factoring that into his wild calculations that everyone bought into.

As far as I can tell, this pony is getting short on tricks with each day that goes by.
