So you don't want there to be collaboration with By Health because it isn't instantly profitable, why would you hold, do as Colb did and sell, then pretend you have an average ignoring your losses. Free market. You also don't want star billing, inexorable progress, and talks with global brands. That looks illogical to me, but again, I do want those things. The most important signal I take is the attitude of DSM, and they continue to give Fruitflow top billing. Shareholder apathy is just moany baloney, anyone can click that button any time they wish. The mcap was most certainly too high at that point, and could be justified only by the much discussed possibility of a takeover by a global. In my view, that hope expired in 2010 when the AA with DSM was proposed and then verified. Very easy to judge that DSM have a long term strategy on developing products. There was only liquid Fruitflow at that stage, and DSM immediately started on the powder format development as being far more commercial, so it has proved so far. It was explained to us in podcasts that globals take a long time to adopt new products. I took that on board, and fully appreciated that I had no way of knowing how long that time lapse would be, still don't.

The patents and IP protection are vital. Without those there is no value for shareholders. Under the terms of the Alliance Agreement, that task remains with Provexis, all other marketing responsibilities were taken on by DSM until Provexis retail began in mid 2016. Patents and IP have been maintained and expanded incrementally, each further research development by Prof. Asim and Dr Niamh has resulted in further health claims being added to the original. Two major claims are very recent, BP regulation and alleviation of particulate emission symptoms. Provexis' role, to secure the benefits of all health claims for shareholders, have been carried out. "Sells" at well over Bid have been going on for quite a while. If MM's didn't want shares, they would pay less, or drop the Bid. They have done neither. Don't know what's happening, the sharp rise on Friday can't be explained by any big volume. At the very least it should have helped the chronic depression of some, but miracles are unlikely. Agree with that. The stated intention following acquisition from the founder was to turn SiS from a regional product sold to hobby cyclists in to global brand appealing to all sports, be they professional or enthusiasts. Ceasing growth investment could well have resulted in modest profits on a modest turnover. Value continues to be added by expanding marketing reach as far as possible, and that has years to run IMO. A turnover of many 10's of millions appeals to larger investors, and, ultimately, to an outright purchaser. Only my view, but I think that could be 3-5 years away. Importantly for me, I see that being at a higher level than today's.

Promising indeed. Another good day. I'm reminded of a podcast from David Morgan from a while back, where he said he wouldn't mind being head of a �200 m turnover company, with a �2 share price. The first part of that equation looks to be eminently achievable.

It was, but would need to be promoted to potential new buyers, otherwise a few would swap from Frutflow+Omega3, leaving no net gain. The "other retail channels" may be a better bet, getting it listed on e sellers to sports people for example. The links posted by Hammer on iii show us, yet again, the prominence DSM are giving to Fruitflow. Real commitment.

I wonder if the launch will coincide with the results this year. Good idea, marketing limitations, or rather cost of, could be the delay.
