Good to see more institutional interest. Are we going to see share price appreciation as a result? Always thought that the majority of shares are tightly held.

We've seen the same discussion since the Alliance Agreement was signed in 2010. The Agreement has been viewed by independent advisers and deemed to be fair to both sides. Doesn't halt the loop tape posts though. Squealer can't even recognise a Bed& ISA transaction, or doesn't want to. We do need to see some products appear, as forecast by the company. Unarguable.

Since that time we have seen the shot format appear , I believe as a Tweet? Prime space in a store does come at a cost, and is normally supported by a very strong promotional campaign. Deep pockets necessary. On their track record to date, MM doesn't appear to display that level of marketing ability. DSM would be in possession of much more data, and therefore able to make a decision. That they know stuff we don't know goes without saying. Were MM trying to head off a direct rival in the shot format? If they saw no rival, why pull it?

Since there are other Fruitflow brands already in UK, are you saying that MM were demanding that they be removed. What resources were MM committing to this "exclusive" product? Mass national media coverage? Or were they just planning to put it on shelves as they did with Sirco?

Very similar view to gixer. Very obviously, we're starved of news lately, which is at odds with company progress reports. All of which breeds a sense of caution, a wait and see approach, evidenced by very small volumes of either buys or sells. As ever, any significant brand launch could transform sentiment in a flash, but only Provexis and DSM know what stage such a launch is at. In December 2013 British and international patent applications were filed for the use of Fruitflow� in mitigating exercise-induced inflammation and for promoting recovery from intense exercise, seeking to enhance further the potential of the technology in the sports nutrition sector. Patents are being sought in Europe, the US, China and ten other territories, and this patent application has now entered the national phase, with potential patent protection out to December 2033.

The patent application describes 'a composition comprising a water soluble tomato extract (Fruitflow�) for use in maintaining cardiovascular health, lessening the risk of developing a cardiovascular health problem, or reducing the likelihood of worsening an existing cardiovascular health problem in a subject who is exposed, or is at risk of exposure, to particulate air pollution.'

You do own the company. I own a company myself. Because I own the majority of the shares I am able to choose the path that the company will take. I own shares in Provexis, and in many other listed companies. My holdings are not large as a percentage of the total shares in issue, therefore I am not in a position to influence executive decisions. I either accept that plain fact, or I don't. Yet again I ask you to identify what you see as this claimed incompetence? The responsibility, under the Alliance Agreement, is for Provexis to support and enhance the patents and IP. They had no role in the international development of Fruitflow as an ingredient in the products of other retailers, so criticism of them for that is not relevant. The partnership with China retail giant By Health as a means of negotiating the specific needs of that huge market has yet to show us what is possible, but, providing that By Health introduce Fruitflow based products in to their stores, it is an expeditious way of covering the whole country. You say funds are running out, failing to appreciate that funding has been raised with relative ease previously. This indicates to me that there are many shareholders who have a different outlook to yours. I only ask that you respect them in your posts, rather than indulge yourself in the sweeping, and IMO inaccurate, expressions of the gloom that you find yourself in.

That was both in print, and in podcasts. Revenue streams are subject to the deduction of product support contributions early on, so there is no revenue figure that gives a reliable measure as yet. To repeat myself, not a single holder had any idea how long it would take to develop Fruitflow sales around the globe, apart from a very brief comment in a podcast that suggested it would take many years. Fruitflow is a global brand, DSM remain highly confident and enthusiastic, Professor Asim and Dr Niamh continue to develop new IP to support new patents and health claims. Provexis continue to maintain the integrity of the IP and patents, and add new ones. So, where is the shambles? Clearly henry is a reinvention of ID's from the past, so what?
