A rise like this is a rare sight. Decent amount of buys, perhaps some late filling of ISA allowances? Does it indicate the free float is limited? I hope so, this company has built and strengthened so much over recent years, leaving the share price so obviously under true value IMHO

They don't understand the commercial sector if they claim that. They're up against some very big players. I said a few months back that having over 300 piles of bricks and mortar to upkeep would be a massive millstone in the internet era, they don't compete on price with the main players online. We shall see.

Without knowing what the revenue inflow has been this year, you are guessing. Or worse.

So far, given the difficulties, technical and regional weather, the short sellers have had their opportunities. The fracking and linking up to the gas plant could well be the point where they have to close those shorts, since a step up in revenues will change sentiment for the better IMHO

A lot of info been put up on advn, suggesting all sorts of things. Not for me to recycle, but it certainly needs a lot of research before anyone lets their enthusiasm boil over IMHO

The "group of businessmen" who have been in strong support during the last two fundraisings came in to play immediately after the collaboration with Chinese retail giant By Health. I think anyone sensible would conclude that such folks are not in the slightest troubled by short term fluctuations, and will know that the recent absence of newsflow, plus exceptionally low volumes, can cause AIM shares to be marked down. Confirmation that By Health have begun their roll out of Fruitflow will alter sentiment for the better IMHO. Also, Provexis say that DSM are involved in more, and larger, Fruitflow brand launches. Any of those that are global brands will have an equally powerful reaction. Provexis retail continues to build subscribers, and plan to make Fruitflow +O3 available through more retail channels, and in USA, and are planning to launch a new variant, Fruitflow +Nitrates, soon. Any, or all of these plans have the capacity to make further funding rounds unnecessary.

Indeed, look closely, the Wrn/Whet trolls give good advice. Funding. Adequate funds were raised not many months ago, and revenues continue to rise, sometime not too distant they will be sufficient to bring break even, then profit. Sells at well over Bid, buys at just under Ask, normal market. Fact

Well you're welcome to your opinion of course, but mine is that there is no practical way of adding asset value without paying for it. The original WRN proposal was to use main market sterling paper, but there isn't that option any more. they don't explain in any detail how they plan to proceed, but have given themselves the option of humungous share issues, diluting the originals massively. No seller would accept shares at the current value, no asset base to back it up, so they'd have to issue shares at a discount to today's price of some 95%. Our opinions are poles apart

What news are you expecting. The company website says they are not negotiating with anyone. As the latest batch of share certs aren't with holders just yet, there could well be downward pressure as more put their shares up for sale couldn't there?

Interesting that you said you had paid for shares, which wasn't what I asked, but, was the seller another retail investor, or was it Wullie? hotrocks, don't be silly, questions out of interest are surely permitted, otherwise it would be a dreams only site wouldn't it.

Do you not think that, by stating they are sophisticated investors, the Britdaq site can then claim that they are absolved of any blame further down the track? I can understand those who lied as a way of selling the shares, but I can't understand those who did it to buy more. I wonder, has anyone said that they have received money in their own bank as a result of these "trades" ?

Ever so simple, basic business. Stay small, make small profit by not. spending a dime on expansion, market says no thanks. or Set a growth strategy in place, tell all the shareholders about it so that they can decide to stay or go, then keep investing in growth until a decent turnover is reached, and a healthy Gross Profit is maintained, then the absence of further investment turns in to a bottom line profit on a much higher turnover, therefore a very substantial profit. Market, or shall I say long term investors, particularly funds, say yes please, would you like further funds to keep on doing what you're doing, happy to see that you are doing what you told us you could do. The big backers know. Got to keep growing. Global brand, Science in Sport, the big boys are watching.

How do any of you see this proceeding? The company website tells you that they are not in negotiation with anyone about an acquisition. Don't shoot the messenger, it is plain as day on the only link that any of us have with what AB has planned. So you have shares in what? A hope, a dream, a grand scheme to build something massive using no money at all? Perhaps the strategy is to use funds from share sales to buy a lottery ticket? Otherwise, seriously, it is so vague.
