Car manufacturers are raising the flag that highlights the serious potential depression of EV Car sales market considering the high price of commodities and materials involved in the manufacturing process, this could lead the market (markets never sleeps) to invest more in alternative tecnology research to overcome the issue, this includes (already ongoing) hydrogen development for Truck fleets lowering the size of lithium batteries, and innovation materials as an alternative to lithium..........this is not a warning but just a consideration that after the clouds always come the clear skyes and vice versa.........As a Prem investor I would say the moment to cash in is now and therefore i m positive on the small mine project that addresses the near term cash in potential with the continuation of the assays for mine final development. unfortunately this will not create an SP Skyrocketing as the informations that are given are fragmented and not accreditive so far. As I recon what we are missing the most is a definite mine estimated volumes and a local government agreement on exploytation , this would definitevly outline the value of the company asset and likely the share price will follow. my only concern is that the marginal player in place now has interest in keeping the production high and share price low so they can buy more shares at a bargain. I hope currents within this game will play in favour of shareholders. a good day to everyone.

Gents today all the big players within lithium sector are dropping big time an estimation of goldman sachs indicates aprice forecast for lithium in 2023 of 1600 usd ton........ weather this forecast is reliable nobody knows for the bulls today is a good day to enter names like Piedmont Albemarle Livent......... have fun i rely more on UBS but as usual there always are contrarians.

impied by the increment trend of batteries size in vehichles: here is what they say : In our view, (EV-related) lithium demand is based on two key assumptions: i) global
EV sales & ii) average battery size. Through our work with UBS Evidence Lab and the
Global Autos & Battery team, we have street-leading views on EV demand and average
battery size which leads to a more aggressive lithium demand outlook vs our peers; we
upgrade our lithium demand outlook in response to the Global Autos team upgrading
their EV penetration view (UBSe: 22% in 2025, 54% in 2030) following UBS Evidence
Lab's 6th EV consumer survey (> Access Dataset). We also flag three parameters adding
to the demand puzzle that appear underappreciated: i) average lithium intensity per
kWh, ii) processing losses through the value chain & iii) working capital / inventory
requirements. When accounting for these factors, even more conservative headline
EV forecasts yield deficits for the lithium market. UBS expects lithium demand to grow 10x to ~5.8Mt LCE by 2030e (vs. consensus at 2-
3Mt) with EV demand alone close to 4.9Mt LCE by 2030e

in deed this is a positive for the industry as a whole and Prem of course, bright times ahead of us.

A report from UBS mentioned the price forecast for spodumene for 2023 I thought this would be of your interest i pasted the extract below:
We forecast an average realised price for IGO in FY23 of US$3,965/t
At Greenbushes (IGO 25%), we forecast FY23 production of 1.4Mt. Around 11%
(150kt) of this will be sold under longer-term contracts into the technical grade market
for industrial applications like grease and glass. We expect this will walk up from the ~US
$1,450/t realised in the March Q based on what weighting of what products are sold this
Q (5-7.0%) and how contracts reprice. The chemical grade product is currently being
sold at US$1,770/t and will be repriced for the Dec H at the June quarter average of
Fastmarkets, Asia Metals and BMI. QTD this is $4,263/t, up 53% q/q, 566% y/y but still
well short of some reported prices ~US$6,000/t.

Hello I do not have zephyr on my Portfolio, I know the company and it is focused on Shale gas production targets in the acreage they own, my personal opinion is that: The shale gas plays are capital intesive once you drill the well and perform the fracturing stimulation you have the first 6 months of very high flow reates then the production declines quickly, to keep up the production they are forced to drill new wells continuosly, the way they perform in terms of meters drilled per minute and delivery of well from spudding to first gas/oil is crucial, any inconvenient or delay can become an unpredictable expence wich will ultimately be on sharholder shoulders, I think that now with this oil price they have their shoulders covered and have a good margin capital to play with, but if the price of oil drops, things will turn sour quickly, i m subscribed to the algorithm software Toggle(from Bloomberg) their price target is 3.3 they expect a decline based on the decline line trend(this is only an algorithmic forecast they use AY not true facts) but they way things are going now the shares should keep trending up as their revenue is based on oil and gas sales- My Oil portfolio is composed by Transocean that is a late stage come back service company and Devon where the management has committed to return money to shareholders rather than having an agressive stance in investments at this stage. I also hold Gaslog and Golar LNG the companies that transport by boat LNG and have the capability to provide services as regassification of LNGI beleive they will do well as Europe will switch to LNG. this is a macro trend we cant ignore(only my opinion).

Off course The data gathered during the flow test Volumes at given pressures of the different components contribute to the interpretation of Reservoir specification.. the Coring is also done and analized from geologists, for formation identification, the formation identification is relevant to have production enhancement tecniques implemented and truble shoot potential issues like presence of sand, swelling clays- I guess that with lithium it is all done with coring , I would have imagined that the seismic tech would have had a bigger impact in this valuable business(Lithium) also given the peculiarity that lithium is a light metal in the table of elements and should be detectable from acoustic instruments. Hello gents, Just a curiosity, I m from Oil business and to understand the reservoir externsion the typical tecique used is Seismic modelling and in last 10 years this technology has expanded into 3D modelling, based on the 3d Modelling they drill appraisal well that is usually in the center of the identified field during the testing phase of the appraisal well the build up curve given at bottom (to minimize the peressure drop interpretation due to Gas oil ratio) is indicating the field capacity , I imagine that the story with mining is different so the Seismic has not so much meaning? or it is not done at all?? thank you for your time... I find that knowing more in the business will help in investing more consciously......

I admit that the lack of newsflow can be frustrating, also considering that if I was an insider I would do my best to release the good news........... if we have no new they are either bad or not available in both cases it is a negative as it is slowing the asset development ......as Wiston Churchill said a Long term investment is a short term investment that turned out bad.

A report released today titled air pockets indicates that a slowing lithium demand is building up, the causes of this have to be sourced in

1) Covid impact on China in recent months is slowing down EV sales in mainland China with potential impact on Lithium sales
2)Car sales globalwise impacted from High price of energy this will slice up some of lithium demand
3)they suggest to stay invested in companies with current Lithium production mentioning that the slowdow even if temporary could put on the back burner some of the acquisition deals and slow invenstment in greenfiels projects

for everyone info consideration. My comment is that it is only air pockets they are talking about so not a megatrend related to lithium, small project might take longer to go on line.

I just added 1.4 mil shares. I think it is a good moment to buy.

Good news today for Albemarle starting to pay a dividend.. stock up 5.3%

Bick: Yes at the moment everyone is completly in the dark concerning the timings to production, I would say that the incoming Chinese investors for what i see are interested only in getting the Lithium out of the ground and to Market (Likely China) their interest at the moment might not be in linewith having a higly valuable asset as this will increase their cost if they decide to step on a buyout or a simple a share increment unless their intention was just stepping in for the product careless of the Prem asset as a whole. They can delay the main mine setup and samples for this purpose, but this will cause a conflict within the sharholders board as it is not their interest to have a low valuable asset with a major unreleased (may be this is what is happening now as GGE mentioned a discussion was taking place and it looked like no agreement was reached then. we will see as I understood we shall have a feedback within the next 5 days. Bear also with my English as I m not mothertongue.

Hi there this is my first Post I m an investor of Prem, been for the last few months, I ve been following the board, I m not much into mining stocks with the exeption of Albemarle shares and an Anglogold Bond........please bear with my low knowledge in the matter if from time to time i wil intervene and spot questions or statements that might be easy to know for you flolks...
Prem looks like a good stock to me timing to get a reward is uncertain but the important is to get some timeline on first production ..I work in the oilfield and production initiation and production sustainability if a definite key factor I would imagine that the same is with mining.
