A lot of Oil companies have divested from Russian Assets, I do not see a problem if the business is sound, EUA has invested in new machinery and continues to Operate the project in a sound manner, a buyer will show up....

As Alaska is environmental sensitive, they need to start thinking of utilizing the single pad authorization to drill multiple wells as it happens off shore, maximizing with horizontal drilling , I ve been in onshore installation in European forestal environment where they had this problem and drilled 5 wells in line , this also optimizes the resources, we were able to perform simultaneous operations well testing one well during the perforation of top zone next well was ongoing ... I think the US is draining the last drops down south as Shale is producing for a limited time... Therefore once the infrastructure is running Alaska is the only way to be producing oil in an economical way,, considering that the GOM has high costs . The Oil drillers need to change philosopy.. you cant do what you want you need to do what you can with what you have ... Engineers are good at this.....

The NDA s I ve done in past were from a service company teaming up with another company in order to legally participate to Tendering processes for service tenders, may br the NDA s you mention are formulated differently from the one I ve used (producing is different than servicing.

I have some experience in NDA s honestly the n da s are merely intercompany agreements that should not interfeere with the organization of the single companies, I have had multiple NDA s done at the same time for different projects, and this agreement only sytates the borderlines between the two companies, Shareholders are way above that.

I had a good impression out of the RNS, I would say that operatios are well managed and planned upgrades activities are accomplished as per plan,Solid financial position and soon I think they will have a profit enhanced window to sell the minerals they are holding on stock,concerning the sale of assetts they obviously understood that is not an easy task and most of companies potentially interested want the war to end before they invest money there, so the management is not giving a new timing for the obvious reasons. I m happy of the statements and think the company is solid and well managed.

I Think there will be space for further correctionin next couple of weeks, all the news are out and not telling us anything we already know, I m also weighting 1) Impact of weather risk as mentioned from George (nobody can predict but we are in full rain season and it will finish in april) so this is a risk. 2) Material on the way from England not openly mentioned in the RNS the only sentence on this is "on the way" this remembers me when I called my driver to ask him where he was and he would always answer "I m on the way" showing up whenever he wanted this is a risk 3)Custom clearance of the arriving goods we just had a hick up with trucks a couple of weeks back each day is important as I understand we are using x mass holydays to catch up the existing delay, this looks stretched to me I will wait on sidelines for a couple more weeks ......Still trusting in the project burt not ignoring the potential risks. Hi Tech , Concerning the well test crews, the ammout of people is based on operations, obviously if you have a loading unloading operation you need personnel dedicated to it that monitor the fluid in and out and coordinate the trucking with support of compay man, the rig up crew is the same number that runs the operation, i ve tried in the past to run additional hands during rig up to speed up operations but the benefit was minimal .. for a transfer station we speak of two people day and two nights..

I workd in well test activity before year end, often well test is used to enhance company production volumes to increase the yearly production Totals, in our case I would not be surprised if they carried out the testing until the end of licence(flaring permit) Potentially Pantheon can sell oil on a daily basis on volumes around 650 bbls per day(37000 usd per day with oil at 60usd bbl)

Slickwater is basically a water based low viscosity fluid It is of great support in lowering the fluid friction in tubulars so reaching maximum performance in High pressure down hole treatments or supporting downhoe critical conditions using CT downhole flow driven tools, unfortunately the sand dropping is not greatly prevented from this fluid that tends to settle quicly after the fracs..........

No clue about flow line but this is being designed to carry gas from Prudhoe Bay to south and should not be far from Pantheon Field, anyhow the Flow line will not be available for a few years. This means that as I mentioned the field will need to be self sustained with pumping capability to re inject gas and waste water back in field (a geological assessment will have to be done to identify the water reinjection geologic prospect, there are cases where you have a salt zone suitable for wter injectin but this is pending on environmental permits local regulation we know Alaska is quite green....so in a few words

1) get a field volumes estimation
2) Set up a development plan including drilling wells for the reinjection of Gas and water hook up the oil well to the existing oil pipeline
3)Start producing the well selling the Oil $$$$$$$ coming
4)continue the field development increasing the number of wells and oil sales (compressors investment to be done accomodating as many wells as possible so oversized)
5) Once the field volumes are estimated Pantheon could become a takover target$$$$$

In concern of the gas produced for the time being it will have yto be re injected into the field and the oil sold via oil flow line, as mentioned from Villa 01 there is a project to build a Gas line across Alaska and this would be carrying the gas from the prudhoe fields to the south coast then compress it to trannform it into LNG and be ready for world sales, the status of the pipeline seems to be close to end the permitting and environmental risk assessment, this should be cleared around mid 2023. Pantheon will have to setup the field with an injection gas well and water disposal well, as a start. the good part of this is that the depth of wells in this areas is not excessive and a set up in my opinion can be achieved, I used Schlumberger gas compressors before and Reda oil pumps to transfer the oil wherever is required. it can be done... the Field Pantheon is sitting on is promising they will need to jump in the wagoon with the other oil companies in the area to make a gas sales contract and a suitable flowline to hook up to it.

Lav, once you start running a project like a Pilot plant you need to Add in the company a Project manager and a substructured human resource organization, dividing de facto the drilling and resource estimation from the Pilot plant assy and functioning (with all the related punch lists and tests to be done), it looks like the project is understaffed and they had to decide to leave one of the two activities behind, same with all the other projects that belong to Prem that seem dormient at the moment, no info given to any other project status.... "a one man company" can last until the company is very small, Prem is getting bigger M r Roach (He is working hard but he needs to delegate) needs to change gear.

I ve sold all my shares( around 11 mil) I still have a plus 7 % from buying point, Panic selling latsts usually one session then peopl have time to think and appraise, today is the second day and the stock sems not to stabilize I prefer to take a break, I m still bullish in Prem but as it looks we will not have any officia info for a while it makes sense to stay on the sidelines .

On site there is usually a propane gas tank or trailer forthe same reason they can also use compressed methane , the purpose of the tank is to keep the pilot flame of the burner head always on, it is mandatory to have the flame on during well test activities.

Gas cant be sold easily, before you commercialize it needs to be treated, anyhow the Pipelines that go to wells to plant are usually carrying the oil and the gas commingled then the gas is worked on the plant, at initial stage you can set up tanks collect the oil and truck it away for sale while the gas is burned, this is not optimal for environment but it helps the small companies to recover some money for the project in the short term, this needs to be estimated with a service company and agreed with collecting sales point, as I mention earlier it is very important to have the flowline hook up as soon as the resources viability of the field is assessed and certified. As I understand we are close tho this event, as an investor need patience to have the numbers correctly reported, this is what is coming up soon.GLA
