Germany stated they will use Russian assets sale to reconstruct Ukraine, Russia mentioned that they have equal rights if Germany will put in practice this Philosopy Russia will confiscate western goods i Russia. This is deed is not good news as the tension on the economic front is increasing also the Germans could have waited to say this until the end of war to protect western assets in Russia . Now we risk to be hostage of politics... it is not of russian interest now to see the Eurasia assets sold getting half price when they can possibly have the whole lot for Free. they will act to obstruct boycot sale of Eurasia assetts.

If you look at the share path since October 1 st 2022 there is a clear upward trajectory, in the short term off course there can be volatility there are people that take advantage of this, Lets remember that the business case is done before you start the company and start the development path now all the boxes are checked it is only a matter of waiting for sales result or interest in takover or marketing agreement from Bracco that has already a capillar competent sales organization. I might be blind but I see the glass half full.

I Agree on the calculations but Pantheon has a bottleneck you need to sell the gas or send it to a gas facility before you start production, this on my Opinion is the biggest problem for the company, there is no gas infrastructure to pump the gas back into the formation you need an enclosed compressor with costs and timings unknown(surely not short) if they plan to build a gas flowline to the closest facility things are not easy the transalaska gas line is under approval and it took years to reach this stage, it will be ready in two years best case scenario, so really as winston Churchill used to say a long term investment is a short term investment that turned out bad........... need a stong statement with possible flirst Oil flow. they surely know this already .......

Yes good Article from Wall street Journal, the key will be re leasing the airplanes, at a favourable price, it is true that Emirates is the only interface at the moment but I m sure in the market there are other Airlines operators interested in A380 planes this is also incredibli falling in the right time for Doric...... lets wait and see in the meanwhile cash the geerous Dividend

Part of that cost is repayment of Loan, honestly I would not be too worried about the cost but I m keen to take a chance with this fund for the following reasons:
1) The share price has tanked from 2,15 to 0,9 actual price looking at the graph this was due to the Covid and not the war, the bigger airplanes like the A380 are the last one to get on shedule as they need to fly with high seat occupancy, Emirates stated that they plan to continue to put back in service the the A 380 during 2023. my opinion on this is that the discount gap should slowly close.
2) The dividend at the actual cost is appealling 18% yearly aprox
3) an istitution has been buying the shares this is a sign that it is likely that at the end of leasing the airplanes will be sold or re leased.
4) There is a tight market for new airplanes a lot of airlines have cut back orders due to the pandemic this puts Doric in a good spot having airplanes with less than 50% life available for Sale or lease.

I m happy holding the title the dividend is also Tax free for individuals living in UK or Friendly Jurisdiction(Dubai)

I ve been invested into inmode a company that makes machines for aestetic surgery, the most important thing is the lobbying you can do with your doctors, most doctors are in board of hospitals where decisions about investments. they need to start working on EMA approval(I think they should already be on road with this one) whoever is in sales department now it is rock and roll time, 2023 will be the year where the hospitals and medical institution put in their budget the machines for 2024(not earlyer I expect). I would not be surprised if Polarean becomes a takover target of a MRI machine producer that can integrate the technology into his production....... to me it looks promising if the product works it will be used no matter what .

Some companies did not divest from Russia For example Total retained their project in Yamal, Caterpillar co, and many others, I wonder if selling is a requirement I hink that thre is not a relevalt level of technology involved and all the equipments are manufactured in Russia........if the company needs to sell an asset for Half price I would really investigate if this is on the interest of shareholders, Also some companies are approaching for example to change the listing for Examples Astana stock exchange or Dubai stock exchange that has the Dram pegged to the dollar this would not be considered any more a company from an unfriendly Jurisdiction?..................selling at half price is not selling is a gift.

Hi Gateth you will need a reinjection gas pump from day one, or a solution to transport the gas through flowline somwhere, the gas compressors cost are huge and they are delicate I worked in a field where we were forced to shut down the compressors at - 15c inlet gas temperatures(the compressors are enclosed in a building) if you go below that temperature water droplets become like projectiles and seriously damage the compressors stages, dehydrators do ot take all humidity out of gas...Surely there are technical solutions on hand but I see a lot of money to be spent on solving problems before you have a profitable field/asset. I divested three days ago as I smelled a dead rat in prolongation of well test, as they could not reach bottom with coilsd tubing it is also possible that there is formation collapsed and the last part of the hole is unproductive for this reason this is not uncommon as the HCl is eroding and potentially damaging the nearbore. The reason why CT did not reach bottom was not disclosed.

The above is not new it has been there since inception, I paid 5 gbp for buying 30k worth shares from a swiss trading platform. No additional commissions, the shares are 8% undervaluated at the moment.

that sunds like high charges for a Broker I just bought the shares, these charges must be part of the agreement they have in Place with the Share fund and not something new.... There is always overreaction when you have uncertain news, the value of the asset is pending on Production figures and on project economics, today we have been given a Low oil production figure with a High GOR (figure not given but mentioned abbundant gas content) this has been weighting on the project expectation from Shareholders. they will need to run a log to see where the oil is coming from and where the gas is coming from and draw a new drilling plan based on that result for the new wells to be drilled.There is also the question of the Frac efficiency this will be discussed with the contractor, We are potentially sitting on 55000 m3 gas per day we need to handle to be able to produce 80 m3 of oil per day, without infrastructures i see this as a major bottleneck to overcome without heavy investments you need two months of oi production only to pay for the frac operation( i used an estimated frac operation cost versus oil production rate at average oil price)- In deed we should have a clarification on a way forward from Managent on this subject. if they have a clear plan for this the field development is cleared from risks.

As I understood the A380 are expensive to run especially if run not at full capacity, but to order new planes and replace them is not easy task and there is high probability that the Airplanes will be bought from Emirates, the lease plan does not include additional extension it is possible anyhow that the airplanes will be re leased at a much lower rental rate i m not sure how this would affect the dividend and share price, there has been recently a purchase in the stock from a financial company, I think financials do not invest unless they see a lucrative pahway... this is the main reason I invested for......I wish you a happy prosperous new year ))

We have high volume of gas with low oil production, they mentioned relevant gas volume in RNS, this is not what is bringing money in, the blockage as it is called it is in the horizontal section, if there is any permeability in that area the flow could improve but as per my experience the improvement if any will be minimal gas is likely channelling in that area and so the Oil (no hydrostatic packing), if you need to build infrastructure to handle the gas(re injection) an economical study will have to be done.

Gents 500 bbls oil production per day is a mediocre well on my opinion.

I understand that Mitsui icreased their stake in Shakhalin project due to US decision to pull back from Russian investments, what Eurasia a British company has to do with all of this? also Japan has a contentious with Russia about the Kurili islands between Japan and Shakhalin Japan is in neccessity and the business makes sense as it is cutting transportation costs.. but the overall picture with Politic risks is still there, my wife from Shakhalin and was working in Chayvo a while ago I m aware of the geopolitics there ........If Eurasia went into it it would nt reduce its political risks, and woud go out of its core business..... it would make sense only if they were working for Mitsui But Eurasia is not a contractor but a producing company....... I m still in the clouds...

Sorry but is nt Eurasia trying to get out of Russia selling valuable Russian assets? why would they work on a Sakhalin Project wth Hydrogen ? Let s remember that Japan is also part of Sanction process to Russia..........and wich kind of value added would they bring to the project anyway as they have no experience n this type of activity....
