RE: Last orders at the hemo bar ...21 Aug 2025 18:19
Erm, Haywain you might know your CAR-T but you dont know Avacta.
Just to correct you, I didnt bring avacta up, multiple other people did and I responded. Read the thread. But even though I didnt bring it up, what is wrong with you guys, its like your afraid of it and insecure about HEMO that if people learn a bit more about it they might switch over.
As for it not being a cure, I suggest you look again at their latest drug A6103 which uses the most efficacious topoisomerase 1 inhibitor on Earth. 19/21 complete durable responses I.e. cures. Applicable to 90% of solid tumours or more crudely a £200Bn + market.
The pathfinder drug Ava600 is just the first drug you see, using doxorubicin but in essence you can bolt on any warhead and it works the same. Its like fitting a missile guidance system to a tactical nuke. Highly targeted concentrating delivery system which leaves healthy cells untouched.
Its cheap, and widely available. And then of course avacta have the affimer platform on top.
Bottom line, you guys really know nothing about avacta although you all think you do. Ive actually spent time properly researching HEMO and I like it because although its novel you're already getting efficacy results with exceptional safety so its derisked to an extent. But there's so much more data and knowledge out there about existing warheads which were all previously shelved for being too toxic but now woth precision, they've kept all the efficacy and removed the side effects.
It's a far safer, superior investment in almost every way possible and I've done the research on both to know that with confidence.
That said, I'm not saying HEMO isnt a good opportunity. There is room for both because hemo treating blood cancers and again 1 last time for the record I DID NOT BRING AVACTA UP today I just respond to nonsense posts like avacta have to compete against existing treatments when they're going after an indication which has no standard of care lmao.
You also talk about primary end points being miles away. Mates again you dont know what your talking about. Pfs for sgc is only 3.5months. Avacta patients already at 7 months without progression.
You might know a ton about HEMO, way more than me but you have not even scratched the surface of avacta which is disappointing from a supposed scientist. DYOR
