So specific patients tumours express high levels of FAP which is the target protease found within the tumour microenvironment. Also, there is a specific gene (SLFN11) which makes patients more susceptible to treatment by topoisomerase 1 inhibitors so Avacta have cleverly used AI to identify which patient population to go after to give their trials a much greater chance of success.

That's why I was wondering if AI had any application here either in patient selection or otherwise but as usualy the HeMONG's dont want to debate anything other than what they already know and are comfortable with.

P.s. most patients with rr AML have prior lines of chemotherapy right? You sure better hope that Avactas chemotherapy without side effects and 100-1 targeting capability doesn't cure your patience before CAR-T is even needed ;-)

Im still doing my research and unlike you lot who seem to think you can only post if you own shares i think these boards are for learning and sharing information. And if I decide to invest I've already said I would be looking for an entry at a higher price. Im not a bottom picker as that's a fools game.

More happy to invest with some decent volume and support underneath price and ideally the 200dma but not necessary if their is enough volume.

Why aren't people piling in here and why is share price at all time lows and why are some people valuing the company at only 180p with warrants? As yourself that as I have done and you might be more cautious and not as heavily underwater

What you on about waiting 28 days to invest?

The question was about how long the company will wait for dose escalation and therefore they have to wait 28 days to test for DLT's.

I could just post things like go hemo go and change my username to include the word HEMO for all the recommendations but to be honest money means more to me than getting recommendations from random on bulletin boreds.

What I would say is same as avacta that the science does appear really strong. Within 28 days you should know if there are any DLT's in P3 and by that point, assuming P2 remains alive, then they should also be exceeding the median survival time for rr AML which would be great and then it will be all eyes on the expansion into the 2nd adult cohort and 1st pediatric cohort whilst waiting until early next year for confirmation that P3 has also been the standard benchmark survival time. By then of course P1 and P2 being still alive would turn some heads.

Looks like next few months are critical to the hole thing and the share price will be telling. I'd be looking for good volume to start coming in and some decent structure under this before taking a position. We will see if this supposed offer of 180p premium placing is true and materialises as if so, that could mark a floor and with the data coming in its quite possible the only way is up for HEMO.

Again though, not guaranteed and tons you lot haven't thought about I can already tell from TRYING to talk to you all. Go hemo go!

Crunch4. U selectively ignored the rest of my post were I go on to say that multiple bidders would see a large premium here.

If only one though then it might be a difficult choice to make as most are heavily underwater and there are a huge swathe of warrants outstanding.

Imagine being offered 5x this price, with only one offer Vlad explains that you either take it or HEMO will need to do a placing and try go alone into p2 and p3 which would take years and that comes with tons of risk and heavy dilution. Don't be so quick to dismiss what am saying.

Precedent transactions in this space look healthy

Astra zeneca brought gracell for 1.2bn

Roche brought poeida for around a billion i think

Plus abbvie recently acquired capstan for over 2bn

So there's precedent for large premium but you need multiple bidders and a hot shot negotiating on hemo behalf. Do we have that in vlad? Is he commercial savvy enough to strike the right deal at the right time? I dont know.

You are sounding like this is a certain 100 bagger or greater when it isn't. Potentially? Yes, sure. But no means certain and other shares do exist. All eyes on price if it can get some momentum following Fridays RNS and placees can avoid flipping for there 10% and keeping the risk free warrants who knows where hemo could be in a few months. Right now it needs a much higher valuation to give it some breathing room and flexibility but investors are inpatient and wanting money now hence why the valuation is were it is. And you seem to think these people all think like you and won't sell at first sniff of a reasonable profit. Think on.

Having a deeper look here and unfortunately the share structure is littered with warrants. Needs a good tidy up.

Now I know this is unpalatable for existing holders but from a outsider id say best thing hemo could do is a placing to raise a year cash runway so circa 3m. Or do what they are doing which is limp along with a placing each month for a small amount which minimises dilution. Problem their though is it just lucks so weak. Hopefully the data is strong enough to mitigate.

I think most holders now would be happy to get out with a small profit or brake even such as been the value destruction. 2 or more bidders tho and it could go for quite some money.

Great post Haywain. What stops an aggressive takeover though or a low ball offer? For example would most investors now take say 300p per share? Probably not but you get my point. HEMO needs to be able to defend itself. It needs big backers and cash as a threat to "go it alone" so BP pay a premium. Also it would help any deal if there is more than one bidder. Do we know who is in the data room or if commercial discussions are underway?

As for CAR-T selling, of course its inevitable if proven beyond doubt to work but there's a long way to go and a lot of hurdles to jump through before that which I think you and most on this board underestimate.

Yes I know MD Anderson as Avacta have a site open their and they are now banging at the door to be able to trial avactas next pipeline drug.

Still though, other companies (yes including avacta) are using AI and quite successfully. I was wondering if AI had an application here but obviously that's another topic yall dont want to discuss. Also these hi net worth people offering 180p is mean where is that written and confirmed other than on here? Could be total BS for all we know. Not saying it is just that its unusual and if people didn't come on this board how would they know the company have this option? Again communications could be better.

Fundamentally if the science continues to deliver then the other stuff can be worked out. Vlad would be better doing CSO or CMO role and appointing a commercial focused deal making CEO.

Do you think that potentially HEMO can skip phase 2 and 3 and basically get accelerated approval from the FDA after 3 patients? Is there a precedents for this happening?

I think back to the pharmacyclics acquisition and even though they were getting exceptional results it still needed to go through all the hurdles
