Explains a lot. As I said, i just wanted to see the downside protected and now it is. Can't see this going much below 180p now and 180p SHOULD be the floor.

Am I out? Nah I have what is now a thin sliver of my pf in here and I'm prepared to lose it if need be. Thankfully didnt fall in love or believe all the hype and become overexposed here though i almost did. Lucky escape and I've multiplied my remaining portfolio many times over since peak hype here. Mainly thanks to Rolls Royce. But now I see Avacta as the next big mover so I've gone heavy their, plan to multiply that lot and stick profits in here from 2027.

Choosing the right investment is important but so is timing. Not trying to time the bottom but ensure you're near the start of an uptrend with very low chance of seeing further downside and dilution. Thats when to strike and that point here will come at start id 2027 IF the plan John has starts to work. I mean, it may not 🤷‍♂️

End of the day, NEWS TRUMPS TECHNICALS... always has and always will.

Technicals were really strong initially and chart looked set up for a run and then news dropped.

People can be dynamic and change there minds you know. Its a good thing as it prevents you from buying in and anchoring to your buy price, having to spend years underwater missing out on so many other good opportunity and being diluted to oblivion. Being able to change your mind when presented with new information is a skill I feel and stops you becoming a boring, 1 dimensional, deluded, biased keyboard warrior also! :-)

They'll sell and now I know that's the reason for price rise i retract my statement about this heading straight for 300p as I think price will be pinned to 180p for a short while longer now. Until more trial data comes out.

180p should be the floor though which offers a nice risk reward.

Why has JHFH had to arrange this raise, what are the other bored members doing that are paid for this kind of thing? Think thats a really good question.

Also, Vlad needs to really start some kind of monthly communication with the market or at least his shareholders about how things are going. Something like Avacta's R&D spotlight series that costs nothing to make and communicate but it keeps investors keen and enlightened. Right now we dont really know how things are going other than the basics. We are just inferring things.

As for a deal then desperation doesn't sell. You need to have either multiple bidders (more the better) or you need the threat to go it alone. Thats what drives the best commercial deals. With vlad running company on fumes and no clear commercial road map or route to market etc in place i dont think the go it alone threat will be taken seriously. HEMO need to be brought out and for that to be at a reasonable price then we have to hope Vlad has multiple bidders interested. What is he doing to drum up interest??

Promising science here but a lot of work required. Note share price retreating back to 180p already where it will likely stay or just dip under over the coming weeks and months without some decent updates and communications. I might be invested but I have a tight stop loss still as dont want to be trapped here. Next few months will define the fortunes of everyone here IMO.

Its obvious who is selling and I don't blame them it makes perfect sense given the warrants were issued at 180p.

I think JHFH did a great job getting it done at a premium and despite the differences I've had with him he absolutely has HEMO best interests at heart, has always been civil and as far as I can tell... transparent.

But.. naive. People will sell those 180p shares now for 10 or 20% profit and keep hold of the 180p warrants risk free. They really will hold the share price back and this needs to end. Clinical data should be good enough to get a commercial deal or a premium placing away at a higher price given the lowly valuation of the company.

So in short its good they got placing away at a premium as prevented SP falling off to oblivion (zero support) but now its going to act as an anchor or handbrake on the share price. Until this cycle is ended with a commercial deal.

4 crackers and they are trying to ramp up manufacturing of the fuel cells to 200 per year (4x current max) which is not easy or cheap and ONLY would generate roughly 20m in sales assuming all are sold.

The market is there for 20,000 per year but how are AFC gonna scale up for that? Its all gonna take time and money and existing holders will be diluted to oblivion, my own holding included which is fine cos its only small and if I average down at the right point and heavy enough it'll all work out. 2027, if they have turned things round, ill pile on heavy as the opportunity is there.

Right now though, clear and evident avoid and focus on other companies with much nearer term catalysts and in uptrend like Avacta

Disagree Ade. John could have taken company private when value was around 50m and he'd have made more doing that than buying shares in the PLC and flipping them 4 years later for 150%

What this is now is a 5 year project. Simple as. I have faith John Will deliver BUT... its going to take time and its going to cost. Anyone currently invested will get screwed in subsequent fundraises if you ask me as their already invested at much higher prices than 10p.

Personally id concentrate and research other shares in this year 2 years but keep a eye here then put a load more money in in 2027 IF the turnaround is actually happening

But we've had positive trial data before and yet the SP continued to languish.

What the market wants is some kind of deal and financing to be sorted. Thankfully now that's done but only for another few months and it came with again shed load of warrants.

I get why its being done this way but if we want to unleash the share price then Vlad needs to get a year cash runway or a deal. Then it'll fly. Positive trial data is only a proxy to a possible future event.

Let's be realistic and not over ramp then watch SP under perform. I'll be honest I thought a deal was coming based on the SP performance today and volume but as that's not happened it's time to temper expectations again.

Ok JHFH and ill just say that you've done a great job getting this done, at a premium like you say. Let's just hope now that with cash concerns dealt with that the expansion cohorts start in earnest and we continue to generate that much coveted data. For people thinking there's gonna be all eyes on P3 and a deal immediately then dont set yourselves up for disappointment.

Best we can hope for is trials continue to progress and both cohort 2 and paediatric cohort 1 get up and running soon and show similar if not better results than already seen.

Hopefully then a deal around ASH or if not it'll be in Q1 2026.

Warrants though and no lock in period so likely shares will be sold and warrants kept as a risk free bet.

By my calculations this will mean we can make circa 200 fuel cells per year which we can sell for around 20m absolutely zero idea of the profit margin on these though, anyone else know?

There is hope garrone but it doesn't come until 2027.

The rest of this year will be tidying up and rebranding

Next year will be about ramping up manufacturing capacity for the 20kw generators and making the 4 ammonia crackers so it'll be a capitol expensive year with another big fundraise

2027 is when we'll start selling them and have a pathway to profitability. Its at that point where you'll find the best risk reward.

In the meantime just keep reading up and listening in but only throw more money at this once all the hyperbole can be seen in the accounts.

Because I've not been screaming go hemo go at the sky all day every day and I've wanted to be more cautious i.e. look for a better technical set up and or funding to be sorted these hemo ultras dont like it. They've all got there entry price way wrong and perhaps should be the ones to listen more.

I like HEMO, stated that multiple times and now the technicals have improved i can see it flying.

If they broke down past support I would be posting the opposite.

Simply put, I say it how I see it unlike most here who just think every day and every price and every bit of news is a good time to buy hemo shares

For me, I said multiple times before I brought shares that I liked HEMO and I thought the science was fantastic did I not?

I said I was holding off a purchase because I want to see some signs the bottom was in or for peice to be above 200dma. Thats what I've seen today so I believe price will respond quickly.

Also, I've said HEMO is a great opportunity but its nothing compared to Avacta. That view remains unchanged.
