I said at 7m market cap company was at risk of delisting.

I said if price brakes 180p with volume or funding news comes then that would be a buy signal which it was

I said resistance would be 1600p which it was

I said price would pullback initially to around 1000p which it did.

I said that first batch of warrants hadn't been forward sold which was proved to be correct

Ive calculated that its highly unlikely the warrants landing on the 24th have all been forward sold and im sure ill be proven correct.

I said BP won't do a deal off 3 patients and that was correct

I said cash burn would increase to around 500k per month with us treating 2 patience per month which turned out correct

Blind. Not once have I questioned the science or Dr Vlads motives or scientific achievements. I think he's done a good job on a tight budget and against a backdrop of having the shares manipulated historically by shorters and whatever else. Clear that as gone on here which is why your all so tetchy.

However its the business side of things, his strategic thinking, knowledge of capitol markets etc plus communication which let him down badly. He should step aside into CSO or CMO role and bring in a value focused CEO.

He should of raised off back of last spike, he knew cash position, he knew all the newsflow etc.. but instead he's sat back and let it drift and whats worse is hes delayed the trial by starting tech transfer when supposedly in talks with farmer. I think that is a huge mistake and if another placing comes before a deal or if the deal is poor because he hasn't got enough data or cash to back him up then he simply has to step aside.

What is controversial about that ? What do you disagree with and why? How's about some debate for a change rather than just attack anyone with a less than rosy view

The data was already good enough early on the year when Hughesy ans Bryant joined the board that they have been able to raise £23m from HNWI's and instituons at ever rising share prices this past few months. Let's remember the last raises was oversubscribed as well.

Also remember gsa closed there short and heights deferred and renegotiate the bond terms on the back of being convinced by the data either first hand or 2nd hand and that was back then.

P1a has already made this a commercial drug in all but name. Results im sure you agree are already exceptional. Especially as FDA are increasingly taking PFS as a proxy for OS more frequently now.

As for 6103 yes we become a "true' platform once validated in human but I find it highly unlikely avacta would be now making dual warhead PDC's using exetecan if they weren't extremely confident.

I understand caution but this is as derisked as a small cap biotech platform as your ever going to get.

We're seeing a real paradigm shift in oncology now with all these new treatments. Like in-vivo CAR-T, avacta and their pre|CISON peptide drug conjugates are on course to completely replace current ADC's making them look like relics for a fraction of the cost.

We're entering a golden era for cancer treatments and their is massive money to be made. You just need to ensure you pick the winners

Plenty of doctors getting really excited about this new technology. This in addition to the Chinese biotech and their late breaking abstract to ASH.

Its all looking brilliant for patients of this horrible disease. Not great for shareholders here but its all about the patience isnt it

So either work done soon and payment soon or work done late and payment late. Which do you prefer?

Ultimately cash is running out. The auditor has raised a material uncertainty in the prospectus so there are 4 scenarios i see.

1. Hugely discounted placing, with warrants of course

2. Sell off CDX/CBR given they are pre clinical you can expect pennies so doubtful

3. Commercial deal on HG-CT-1, with only 3 patients treated & cash running out i fear a significant portion of the upside will be given away for a relatively tiny amount of money (farmer will want to adjusted for risk and dev costs etc).

4. JHFH & his mates fund this on a month by month basis for a few extra months so hemo get the data they need. Would get better terms will big farmer but still hemo are in a weak position as they NEED the deal

For me, Vlad has to step aside. He's clearly a nice guy, has a good heart and highly motivated and a great scientist.

He's not a CEO. He's made too many strategic mistakes. He should be voted out of that role and made CMO or CSO or something like that.

The tech transfer why on EARTH has he initiated it now when we should already have the 4th adult and 1st child injected already? He should be maximising data in quickest time if he really is talking to big farmer in a serious way to leverage the best deal.

As it happens he's slowed the trial right down, limited the data and now we're almost out of cash. Not exactly in a strong position to get a great deal are we and thats Vlads fault.

We could of have more cash if he raised at the last spike at least but no.

Anyway, as JHFH says.... AT LEAST TRADERS AREN'T MAKING ANY MONEY 🤣🤡

Since the peak and the downward pressure started around 28th September there has been a total traded volume of 1.5m.

Warrants recently issued approx 440k.

5x this volume which is typically needed to clear would be 2.2m.

Meaning we still need around 700k in volume to clear those warrants.

Not sure which warrants were exercised but these are the ones which were outstanding.

50k at 500p

250k at 270p

134k at 187p

317k at 180p

I do hope for your lots sake the ones being churned through are the 187p and 180p ones now otherwise as soon as they can, they'll be exercising and dumping those dragging price down further.

With the upcoming placing i do hope also that no warrants are issued and an end to this is put. Of course JHFH insisted on warrants at the last 2 raises so who knows.
