If you are looking into this seriously, it definitely has a lot of promise. Its not the slam dunk these lot try to convince you of though. Check out advances being made in in-vivo CAR-T, it appears to me to be the direction the industry is trending in.

Hemo need to get funding secured then crack on with urgency and purpose. Hemo could easily get some kind of commercial deal or be be sold in H2 2026.

To get the best deal though then they cant be running on fumes relying on monthly placings otherwise any deal will be rescue finance dressed up as M&A.

Hemo need a credible path to go alone and the science needs to be proven conclusively demonstrating durability in adults and kids.

Best scenario for me is an £8m raise this side of Christmas, hopefully done off the back of a rise caused by tech transfer completion RNS so its not done at this level. Ideally no warrants this time either. Start dosing in Jan and the shares should motor again as still only would be relatively few shares in circulation after the raise.

Raising monthly would be another strategic mistake in my view as would doing a firesale of the assets now. This is Vlad tho and he's well known for strategic blunders, particularly financial ones.

Regarding the timing of the interview if you look at the last update she gave before this infront of the very same doors you can see the doors have been painted. Upon further analysis and running the screenshots through an image filter I believe the paint used is a 2 coat deluxe egg shell white which only went on sale on 25th October at Lowes.

Researching it further this paint takes only 1 week to fully cure and clearly you can see in the latest video the paint is dry. Couple that with the lights seen in the background and the level of hair growth Christina has achieved since the previous video and I can accurately date its recording to sometime between the morning of the 29th October and 12pm on the 4th November.

Avacta are showing big farmer they have the optionality and ability to go alone.

In the highly unlikely event their is just one bidder, avacta has a reasonable level of optionality to drive a good price.

Their will be multiple bidders tho of course, the above is all just fall back options. Company is very well prepared. We're all set up for a huge run now. P1b data release and clarity on accelerated pathways for 6k fires the starting pistol.

Looking just at technicals I would say price would stableize here and even possibly bounce but putting together the fundamentals and impending cash crunch it would be wise to avoid buying here on technicals alone. Could easily get caught on the wrong side of a hugely discounted fundraise.

Id personally not close a short out here if I was short and I wouldn't buy here either. Watch only.

Once funding sorted and I dont mean just for a month or 2 I mean proper funding for 12 months then it will be a great risk reward opportunity again. That may be at a higher price than here. With tech transfer initiated at such a crucial time thid has delayed the trial, still need manufacturing runs, then patient recruitment, treatment then dosing and waiting 28days just for INITIAL data. To get all that by the time the cash runs out in Jan seems like a massive stretch to me. Especially as the 28day data gives no clue as to durability either.

As such, hemo need to do a deal with farmer on the back of the data they have for 3 patience only and therefore any deal made then big farmer have to account for the increased risk and increased cost so the deal won't be anywhere near as good as it could have been if we had already dosed adults at higher dose and at least one child say last month.

Initiating tech transfer at this crucial juncture has been a huge strategic mistake in my view. Not only has it delayed the trial and data available but it has significantly shortened the cash runway to just January.

This, in addition to constant pressure from in the money warrants is what is driving the share price down.

SocialistB, there is zero doubt that HG-CT-1 will be worth hundreds of millions if not more once fully proven.

You can apply your own CoS and time to market then discount it back to today and you'll find HEMO is significantly undervalued. Indeed ive done this before (see my posting history).

The problem lies not necessarily with the science, which at this point can only be described as promising, but with the poor corporate communications, lack of any strategic direction/thought, a s significantl warrant overhang and an impeding cash crisis then the immediate term Outlook in my view... is pour.

Thats why I derisked at 1600p and sold the remainder at around 900p.

Trying to time the bottom is a fools game however timing an investment where the risk reward is strongly in your favour is shrewed.

Right now HEMO either need to do another placing to raise approximately £7m by Jan OR they need to do some kind of inferior deal/fire sale of there assets.

The only other option is being back to monthly placings which cant go on forever clearly and that still leaves hemo in a week negotiation position.

The 440k odd warrants will be cleared this week and stock about to become technically oversold so could see a small rise or at least stablization in price around this level.

Key thing with these is timing them on the verge of profitability or a buyout or something material financially then you dont run the risk of getting smashed with a 50% discount placing with warrants.

You can trade in between though and can get some really decent swings like here say 10p to 18p is 80%

In the money warrants are a disaster. You'll need about 5x the warrants volume to churn through them as well. Really not even worth considering until they've gone.
