TraderRicky, why would bP make a huge offer for these assets when their is only 3 patients treated which we dont no if they are still alive or not and when hemo are currently 1 month from being insolvent. With a monthly raise by jhfh and his mates the company will only ever be 1 month away from insolvency.

The message here is simple dont second guess avacta or think to no when a rns will or won't come. Not knocking the science at all but half year results showed £300k cash and yet the company lost £0.5m in the half year so it just seems their on fumes right now. It does say the directors are "reasonably" confident and have prepared the company has enough cash for next 12 months but then goes onto say their is uncertainty in cash flow estimations and their is a material uncertainty so its a mixed bag.

Like all small caps right now, many with really excellent progress, they get slammed when needing any money.

If FAB do need cash and im not saying they do, but if they do then best to rip the band aid off and raise now then continue the positive momentum. Leaving it longer is just going to see sell off as FUD sets in.

In the meantime though afc presents a great trading opportunity. Bought some just over 10p and looking for 18p to close out. Good strong finish today, volume back and good interview toboot. Expecting this to get moving towards my target price tomorrow
