From p1a results a couple of standout highlighted.

70yr old had a minor responses but a complete regressions of skin metastasis though that doesnt count as RECIST response it is truly remarkable. Especially as he had recieved multiple lines of prior therapy including chemo AND his tumour was not even high FAP.

79yr old male had a 45% tumour shrinkage that was "still shrinking" at data cut of.

Then we look at p1b and only snippet we have had is 1 69yr old male had a unconfirmed partial responses with 50% tumour shrinkage. This was his 1st systemic therapy also - - wonder how, he is doing now.

Avacta have raised £23m of the back of data we are yet to see. GSA close there short. Heights deferred bond payment.

Given the above snippets and the boards "growing confidence in precision" plus the astonishing results from 2nd and 3rd gen pre clinical assets I'd suggest the results are already exceptional and p1b will knock it out the park. I expect the full potential of dox to be released and responses proportional to the patients current health and prior lines of therapy.

The data for SGC is already exceptional. In really sick patients. Its already exceptional.

Just presenting more of the same but in a bigger patient population would be great but its likely the data will be better because some of the patients included have had much less treatment, are much less chemo resistant tunours.

This data set will inform on ACCELERATED APPROVAL pathways. Avacta also guided that ODD could be granted for 6k in this indication by year end also. The data is already good enough considering nccn guidelines show nil treatment options.

I dont know why anybody bothers engaging with this parasite I really don't. We didnt get standalone breakthrough RNS's for p1a patients, even when the skin metastasis cleared up. Avacta deliver news to us in a controlled way via planned investor events.

This p1b population still contains many sick patients who have had previous treatment, maybe there is a handful of 1st line patients in but im expecting a marginal increase on the ALREADY EXCEPTIONAL P1a.

P1b patient population have same disease but the patience included are otherwise healthier and have less chemo resistance tumours.

Daddy bear your right its not unusual for a company prospectus to highlight funding need but everyone here was saying there was bags of cash until middle or even end of next year at least. They were all claiming burn rate had reduced to 250k per month and even when I said weeks ago they needed to consider burn rate increasing to 500k I was derided and branded a short attacker and what not.

Now its out in the open that the burn rate has doubled as I predicted but also that cash runs out a lot quicker than the rampers on here were trying to convince each other it would. Thats the issue. Thats the surprise and thats why its being talked about.

Also the delay in the trial is another factor, just when will tech transfer complete? We're completely in the dark with no forward guidance provided by vlad seemingly under the advice of JHFH.

The auditors have clearly said hemo need £5.6m by end Jan. Its right their in black and white in the prospectus and that is Just to fund HG CT 1 trial, it doesnt include PLC costs or finance costs etc so your looking at a £8m black hole.

So hemo need £8m in the next 10 weeks. The auditors have raised a material uncertainty in the prospectus.

If JHFH can provide that level of funding, why hasn't he already? What is he waiting for?

My view is that he can't because hemo was valued at 7m last July and he could have took it private for less so let's not kid ourselves.

The option for Vlad is to do a inferior deal with farmer now, assuming they even will because im not convinced. Or he needs to get on with the tech transfer, patient recruiting and get dosing patients to cause another spike in the share price which he can raise off the back of.

If he doesnt then this will drift and the dilution becomes worse and worse and worse. Even if it was done today at zero discount it would be 16% dilution. But throwing in warrants it quickly becomes 32% and any fall in the price it just gets worse and worse.

Decisiveness is what is needed and as I said he should of raised off the back of the last spike. Of course you all scoffed at that and threw insults at me but I am the only one providing uncomfortable truths instead of comfortable lies

Just for the record nothing posted here affects the share price and if posting about the company's £8m black whole that needs filling within 10 weeks, id suggest you lobby Vlad to have the prospectus removed from the Hemogenyx website as well. In the company prospectus they say they need 5.6m just to progress HG-CT-1 in 2026. Factor in the costs associated with a raise and PLC costs and you'll find the total amount needed is around £8m.

Whats misleading about that?

I then go on to say if its not an issue for JHFH to get Vlad that much money, why not do it now? Whats he waiting for?

If Vlad says hes "reasonably sure" he can get a deal (his words) if he cant secure other funding then it seems to me this is a second choice for him? So I reasonably infer this is because the terms aren't that good otherwise it would be first choice? For any big farmer to come in at this early stage then they're taking on development costs and risks so the amount hemo have to give away will be larger than if they had much more data.

What about that is misleading.
