No I didnt make any numbers up i looked at the warrants issued and tried to match them up .ultimately the number of warrants issued plus cln shares and the number outstanding are the only facts we have. We're all guessing the bits in between

Ive then taken time to calculate the volume traded since the decline in value started and made what I belief to be a educated guess that the warrants haven't all been forward sold.

CC said herself she wants 6103 clinical data and that won't be until mid 2026 or late 2026 anyway. Nobody said imminent and nobody wants imminent as 6103 data is what sends the valuation up many multiples. Especially given it will be proven in multiple cancers and 2 separate warheads as it gives much greater chance 6207 works...

I mean if that works, then what? Unthinkable potential with that.

Apologies once all these warrants and CLN settled i believe there is only 320k warrants outstanding and they are the ones with a strike price of 270p (250k worth) and 500p (50k worth)

Actually I called a 500p share price a while back, based on technical Analysis. Probably these warrants being issues will be the driver to that price along with the ongoing lack of any forward guidance on trial timelines or Estonia etc etc...

Yall can spin this how you like in a positive way to make yourselves feel better. I prefer to deal in reality. These warrants have not all been forward sold. Best We can hope for is that just over half of them have. Who knows perhaps those holding the remainder dont want to dump those ones on the market. Entirely possible. Who knows really.

Im seeing 500p price target for a reason and I believe these warrants are more likely then not to be dumped causing price to drop to around that level.

So firstly great, more cash in the bank and thats a good thing. Puts Vlad in a slightly stronger position if and when negotiations happen next year and hopefully by extending that cash runway it mitigate the trial delays to some extent and there is a chance of getting a commercial deal before next raise will come so good.

On the flip side. Everyone saying warrants all forward sold primarily because thats what they want to believe.

If you look their as been pressure on the share price since around September 19th. Between then and now there has been 1.194m shares trading hands (volume). Typically you need to see at least 5x the warrant/placing volume to churn through the shares so they are all cleared.

There were 439,629 warrant shares and 5x that is 2.2m or double the volume weve had since Sep 19th.

So for me. The warrants have not all been forward sold. Hopefully some at least have.

Then this isnt accounting for the 116k cln shares issued at 530p that are now also going live.

After all this there remains 426,728 warrants outstanding at 500p or below.

In a nutshell its positive that the company have more cash but I expect more pressure on the share price short term. Hopefully vlad releases some news to absorb some of these sells but that of course is only good in that it will stop the rot but probably will hold back any big rise.

6103 may fail but 6000 alone justifies a multi billion dollar value but thanks for you concern.

I just find it peculiar when a stock approaching what is supposed good news and when news is released that the chart looks a bag of spanners. It indicates something isnt right even if we dont no what that something is yet.

Avacta coming upto important news as you no and price rising so I just find the difference fascinating and as everyone of myles disciples on x are on about a race between mka and avct to 50p and 1 pound etc seemed a few would be interested?

Not sure what to make of things here personally as a stock selling off on news is never a good omen. Coupled with price breaking below the 50 and 100dma.

I would keep a close eye on that 39ish p level because that is were major support is and if it goes below then 30p is inevitable.

Whatever good news is supposedly coming to keep you on the hook isnt .never ignore price action folks. Be very wary

6103 alone presents a $8 - $12 billion risk to AstraZeneca / Daiichi with 2030 sales of the drug Enhertu directly threatened by a superior warhead on a superior delivery system at a fraction of the cost

Then look at Trodelvy owned by Gilead which is, projected to achieve $3.2Bn in sales by 2030 with label expansions. Are they going to sit back and allow Novartis to pick there pockets?

And so on...

There is to much at steak here for all big farmer in this space. Its inconceivable this does not all end handsomely for us all with a bidding war. On just 6103 alone you can justify 20bn + or AZ/DS most certainly could.

Then throw in 6000, and 6207 and 20bn starts to luck very cheap. Avacta could sell for an unprecedented eye watering amount and anyone thinking it'll be one bidder and CC will snap there hand off just to get a job is frankly out if there mind

There will be no sustainable rise in SP until those sales start showing up in the accounts Ade. As such any up days or weeks are for selling into if your smart about it.

Avacta are FIRMLY in the deal making and buyout window. Neither would surprise me to be honest tho would prefer small deal nowish and the buyout after we have breast cancer data and 6103 data in hand.

People trading for beer money at there own peril now. I have traded this like most but its a very firm hold for me now and do nothing to maximise profits. Its that simple

86p is a given. It'll blow through that on p1b data for definite but most probably it will breach 86p and head towards pound in anticipation. Ceo has already said the bored are much more confident in precision since seeing this data. Heights have agreed the cln extension. High net worth and institutions have taken shares etc.. so clearly the data will be good.

Not that I care, im trusting my own judgement and care more about making money than "friends" on a random bulletin board. I took 30k clean profit and 1600p and put a large chunk of that into avacta at 52p which is now up 80% since I did that while hemo fell 60% soooooo yeah. Not that stupid am I 😉
