It was you guys saying that those in the room at DC would be very nervous at the fact Vlad was off to NYC straight afterwards so would be signing a deal urgently. It was you guys saying they'd all be queuing up to invest in hemo with there check books open and blank just for vlad to write in what he wants.

Haywain has been saying that we dont need loads of data as the 3 patience is statistically significant and so big deals are imminent.

Weve seen no buying volume and a sell off from 1800p to 750p since those conferences... the chart says it all

Has pressure mounts and we wait for next RNS need to remember that heights saw presumably the data months ago or based on what data the company had months ago they saw enough to persuade heights to defer and restructured the bond. Zero chance. None. That they'd have done that and taken that risk without being convinced.

For that reason I fully expect next RNS to send us flying. Added again today.

Some of us just want to use the bulletin board to discuss all aspects of the investment case (good and bad). Some of us believe nothing posted here as any material impact on the company valuation.

Then there are those who are heavily over exposed and underwater who do think posts here massively impact the shareprice and so they put a positive spin on everything, see shorters and derampers behind every post that doesnt end with go hemo go and they resort to personal attacks and filtering etc because they're just biased beyond belief and totally lost all objectivity. They cannot debate rationally. In the low IQ mind of the HeMONG , every day is a great day to buy hemo. Everything Vlad does is brilliant & every bit of news is amazing.

It'll come end Nov. Avacta are shrewed operators now with RH guiding them. They'll release news to have maximum impact on building sustainable value in the company. They could do it now but they'll have more data next week. They could do it end of the year with most data but then the announcement loses impact in the dead period.

Its a balance between maximising value gains and having enough data. Price building nicely in anticipation, let it continue for Forseeable as I expect we brake 75p soon organically then release news that sees us punch through £1. RH is on top of this. Look what hes done already.

Avacta since you brought them up have a very clear well defined clinical and commercial strategy. If either fail, we can hold the leaders to account. They also issue quarterly reports so its easier to see if plans are on track or not and if not then action can be taken.

Why on Earth are you arguing against having something like that at HEMO? It makes zero sense. Insiders you mean? Because their is sweet FA in the public domain about timelines for anything. Infact in his latest interview he was asked if and when the non binding letter of intent for Estonia would reach the next steps and he had no idea.

How long will tech transfer take, no idea.

When will next patient be dosed, no idea.

He couldn't even use his experience and say, for example, these things usually take between X and Y and I am confident we will be closer to X because.....

Hemo IS substantially undervalued. That can be proven by a basic calculation even applying conservative metrics. It was undervalued at 1600p and it will be even more undervalued at 500p.

People dont buy stocks just because they appear cheap, they buy them with visibility on newsflow/timelines. Right now, thats completely lacking for HEMO.

As a result price likely to continue to drift and then if and when good news does come, it will struggle to get past or even reach recent high. And unless it gaps open by some huge margin your not losing anything on the sidelines waiting to see some certainty and then even if it does gap open, 85% of gaps close anyway 😄

This is why i keep harping on about Vlad getting the valuation of the company UP. He's only going to do that in a sustainable way not pop and drop, by releasing a clear clinical and commercial roadmap such as what avacta have done then the management can he held to account. Investors can plan their ISA investments or pensions or whatever accordingly.

The truce between the west and China has really slowed down the urgency for REE development. Yes governments will still want to secure supply in the fullness of time but not to panic invest now. Bigger issues to be concerned about it seems.

I think that is most plausible reason why volume as dropped odd a cliff here now and this looks like heading back to the low 30's.

Any of the above could severely limit the upside so the valuation of the company needs to be actively managed with a purpose. I dont see that happening right now I mean it wasn't too long ago there was a 400-1 share consolidation & only a few months ago further warrants were issued and a CLN agreed.

I fear that without proper management of the share price it will drift and if and im also worrying about Vlads ability to leverage the best deal for us. That being said I think hemo could be took out cheap I mean who wouldn't take say 3 - 500m for the company if offered today? Put everyone out their misery. Of course the die hards will say no way but unless between them they have 50.1% of the company it will be out their hands.

You all think a mega deal or buyout could land any day, in that case I find it astonishing you dont agree with me that the valuation needs to be aggressively driven up

Yeah ha. I dont see SP having anywhere to go but up. Sellers are drying up. Could and by rights should be the last time we're ever any were near this valuation.

75p could be resistance as those who took 16m at 63p will be roughly 18% up and perhaps that is there profit target. Also note heights conversion price was reset to 75p so likely also investors dont want to pay more then this without first seeing more data from avacta.

To me, it looks like its going to brake and well be back above 1quid in short order. The chart is in a clear and stable uptrend with higher highs and lower lows. Decent volume and all moving averages in correct order. Moment also positive. This aligns perfectly with sentiment as investors believe avacta are going to release exceptional p1b data including early data for tnbc, and with that some kind of commercial deal. Technicals and fundamentals aligned = bullish in my view

Glasshalfdrunk ive been looking at costs of CAR-T again and they vary wildly. Without any guidance from HEMO Im happy using the figures ive stated as a reasonable ballpark.

I dont think 500k per month burn is unreasonable if company are treating 2 patience per month & progressing CBR.

All this talk of a partner is to early in my view. We would be giving away to much of the later upside potential profits so when the time inevitably comes to raise money via a placing which is best route as long as not giving away at a steep discount and with warrants. I do hope JHFH and his mates have enough to fund this kind of burn rate as he is implying.

P2 is were ultimate efficacy will be seen but as the patience in p1b are generally healthier and inclusion criteria includes those who have recieved less prior treatments then the outcomes one would expect will be better than the already extraordinary p1a results for salivary gland cancer.

We saw pfs double but only 1 or 2 partial responses I think and a 91% disease control rate.

This time with p1b im expecting at least a 91% disease control rate, at least a doubling of the pfs and more partial responses. That totally derisks it for a partner to take into p2.

Partners are just waiting for data we have been told. They'll will have it soon and im expecting a very merry Christmas off the back of it

Pingu777, I agree about the science being promising and haven't said otherwise..I also firmly believe if it continues to go well hemo will be brought out. Ive also said I think infact ive proven mathematically hemo is undervalued.

I counter all the above though with the fact short term.it looks week and with no news from the company, price is likely to fall further, especially as headroom increases and warrants are exercised.

Both of the above points can be true at the same time. Nothing controversial about the above whatsoever.

Question for you, you say smart money is loading up? I dont see any evidence of this at all..indeed after the recent conferences at DN & NYC we've not seen any deals or insiders buying or anything, certainly no big unusual volume. Am I missing something? Can you back this statement up.or is.it just wishful thinking?
