Hi socialistB. Let's assume HG-CT-1 works then a buyout is inevitable. It will come. To maximise value for shareholders though Vlad needs to take it as far as he can and get as much data as possible in the hope that he gets multiple bids for it from big farmer. That would save him having to negotiate at all or of the hard commercial stuff which he just doesnt get in my view so it would do us all a favour. In that scenario he just needs to focus on the science and minimising dilution to get us the most in returns. Everything else will fall into place.

Im not sure he has a clue about minimising dilution though to be frank. I dont think he knows how to or even cares about it but good news is the share price is irrelevant in that scenario as big farmer will drive the buyout price.

Get an offer anytime soon though and only one big farmer interested then the share price DOES matter..it matters a LOT.

Ive wiped over 60% off the value of Hemogenyx by posting on the LSE chat board that the science is amazing, the company is undervalued but that the management is severely lacking. I honestly didnt know I had that power, well, me and my 65 other ID's 🤣

Bbb11 yes you are right, I have zero emotional attachment to the money I have here. It's such a small fraction of my overall pot as the vast majority is in Avacta. Its a free ride here so ill leave it in and just hope the science comes good.

The science is promising which I've said all along. Why do I post so much here and not avacta? Its cos avacta is a done deal, it does tick every box, I do know what is happening and when its all laid out in a roadmap. Stock is in a uptrend and there isn't much to say until next RNS drops. Im really really happy with it.

Contrary to here, so I post a bit more here but wouldn't post probably half as much as I do if it wasn't for the low IQ people here constantly attacking me. They raise the issue of avacta themselves when they like drawing me in, they slate me in threads im not even part of and whenever I post anything such as after Vlads last video instead of debating what I said they just pile on so we end up in bih arguments. I notice heavy selling resistance at 75p as well. Going to take some kind of mega announcement to brake through that. Personally see this as more likely to head back and retest 27.5p before another move upwards. Be warned y'all.

I went short avacta today for this very reason

The problem with avacta is that it has let investors down so many times in the past. It has promised commercial deals for lord knows how long yet nothing as materialised. Why? Is the tech as good as we all led to believe by management or will this turn out to be the greatest scam in aim history?

Why are directors not buying shares in open market, big of a red flag that and CLN still looms in the background. Everyone talks of a 400m TAM or whatever but if it were really true then how come Avacta is only valued at 300m. Something doesnt stack up.

I think if you are researching a company you should be reading RNS's, company website, YouTube videos/webinars, reading articles about it, researching the sector and competitors etc etc..

These boards re a cesspit the odd bit of useful info thrown in but largely its people arguing. Their all the same.

For me they should be a place to talk about the stock pros and cons good and bad etc...

Sorry to say but HEMO is not the perfect investment guys. It doesn't tick all the boxes. Its not the mother of all opportunities and it absolutely can fail to deliver value for shareholders, even from this level. If anyone right now is looking in and reading these posts and it makes them stop and think then good for them. It will make them better investors.

Ok bbb11 perhaps then what is said here affects sentiment and affects price to a degree. Ok. But not everyone invested in hemo uses this site and the company above anyone or anything have more than enough power to affect sentiment.

For starters do some online investor events with Q&A sessions. Cost next to nothing, would have immediate +ve impact on sentiment.

Introduce quarterly reporting and a spotlight series like Avacta have done, again massively improves sentiment.

Put together a real plan for the next 6, 12 & 24 months with specific milestones. Something we can measure management against and if their achieving then that positively effect sentiment.

There's a lot of simple and inexpensive things HEMO can do to improve sentiment and drive value thay they're not doing. Most of you would see this if instead of logging in here every day in the hope of reading some rampy post about hemo actually took the time to research other small cap biotechs. Don't have to be avacta (though thats the benchmark IMO) but choose a few others. What do they do well etc.. learn from them and lobby for changes here.

Despite what you all say, the valuation short term is important and needs to be managed. That is at the heart of all my points about HEMO and I dont see that position as controversial at all. And certainly not deserving of some of the viscous attacks ive had from you lot here.

My only negative or balance as I believe is that the above doesn't neces mean LTH's will make money or certainly not make anywhere near as much as if the company were run properly instead of being run like a private science experiment. Vlad under advise from JHFH is deliberately limiting communications so that "traders get caught out". Utterly pathetic, 1 it won't work and 2 its cutting your nose od to spite your face. Surely everyone here want hemo to be valued higher, to shut the naysayers up and to provide LTH with some rest bite. Their not that smart, they've totally lost all objectivity and are biased beyond all resson. To the point where i said I believe hemo is undervalued, which it is, I proved it through DCF calcs but I just said that won't stop it drop in the short term as its technically weak, no volume, no clear timelines provided by the company and shed loads of warrants will hold it back.

Im invested in hemo and avacta and I often compare the a company's and they hate it. Whatever this is funny if not tragic. Rather than rebuff my points about hemo they just freak out and do stuff like this.

You seem to be under the impression 1. That it makes any difference at all what we say on these bulletin boards and 2 that I care what you post on avacta. I really dont give a fk go ahead 🤣

If I were overexposed and heavily underwater like many of these guys clearly are id be taking a good long look at Avacta. Especially given the length of time they've been and potentially will be underwater here.

Why is Avacta valued 6x higher than HEMO, why is it now in an uptrend? Avacta and hemo both phase 1 small caps so why such a huge difference between them? What can we learn from Avacta, what are they doing differently, what things can we lobby for here at hemo?

Instead they want to put there fingers in there ears and just screaming hemo is the best thing since sliced bread, hemo has best risk reward, hemo is closer to commercialisation, hemo has highest upside etc etc.. rather than even trying to alleviate the boredom and pass the time by properly researching Avacta.

They do multiple things so much better than hemo and it wouldn't take a lot to implement here but instead of understanding what and learning they try to ban all talk if it. I genuinely think they feel threatened by it and that if people start learning and seeing the shares charge ahead they'll sell hemo stock. What exactly are you all scared of and has anyone seen Archbishopholmes since I last corrected him? 👀

Nefabet that begs the question why dont long term holders buy more NOW given they all think seemingly it's a raging buy and big pharma are falling all over themselves to do a deal with HEMO? And that the deal could land any time etc etc..

This is why i like price action, it cuts through the BS and shows you what people are actually doing. Nobody is buying here, volumes have dropped off a cliff. Those with warrants are dumping as fast as they can without causing too much of a drop in any one session to maximise there profits and this is and will cause share price drift in the absence of news from hemo.

You know it, I know it, the market knows it. For avacta every pullback is being brought up, for hemo every rise is being sold into. Both have amazing science and potential, the difference then... communication and management where Avacta operate on a level Hemo won't get close to with Vlad at the helm.
