If I were overexposed and heavily underwater like many of these guys clearly are id be taking a good long look at Avacta. Especially given the length of time they've been and potentially will be underwater here.

Why is Avacta valued 6x higher than HEMO, why is it now in an uptrend? Avacta and hemo both phase 1 small caps so why such a huge difference between them? What can we learn from Avacta, what are they doing differently, what things can we lobby for here at hemo?

Instead they want to put there fingers in there ears and just screaming hemo is the best thing since sliced bread, hemo has best risk reward, hemo is closer to commercialisation, hemo has highest upside etc etc.. rather than even trying to alleviate the boredom and pass the time by properly researching Avacta.

They do multiple things so much better than hemo and it wouldn't take a lot to implement here but instead of understanding what and learning they try to ban all talk if it. I genuinely think they feel threatened by it and that if people start learning and seeing the shares charge ahead they'll sell hemo stock. What exactly are you all scared of and has anyone seen Archbishopholmes since I last corrected him? 👀

Nefabet that begs the question why dont long term holders buy more NOW given they all think seemingly it's a raging buy and big pharma are falling all over themselves to do a deal with HEMO? And that the deal could land any time etc etc..

This is why i like price action, it cuts through the BS and shows you what people are actually doing. Nobody is buying here, volumes have dropped off a cliff. Those with warrants are dumping as fast as they can without causing too much of a drop in any one session to maximise there profits and this is and will cause share price drift in the absence of news from hemo.

You know it, I know it, the market knows it. For avacta every pullback is being brought up, for hemo every rise is being sold into. Both have amazing science and potential, the difference then... communication and management where Avacta operate on a level Hemo won't get close to with Vlad at the helm.

Just regarding a JV, its important to remember that with biotech you either see dilution or you give away rights/IP/future revenue. Its part for the course.

I still think Vlad should of raised after the last big spike, he would have known all that positive news we had was coming so he should of planned it in advanced, yes price would have fell but its fell anyway. He also knew tech transfer was looming and that takes a while. So price would of dropped afterwards etc..

Any JV now while in phase 1 with no pediatrics data will not be a patch on the type of terms we'd get if we had more data which is now coming lord knows when. Before the next placing due will their be enough data, I am sceptical and so is the market by looks of it

DB you dont know the warrants seller has finished you are just guessing and hoping and presenting it as fact.

Facts are there are over 860k warrants outstanding until we are told otherwise. And once one warrant seller finishes, another pops up when their is headroom. Why? Because its easy guaranteed money. They can always take part in next placing and get MORE warrants so no desperation to keep hold of them.

On current volumes they'll take a eternity to clear as well adding further pressure to the share price.

Touk, its literally pointless trying to be rational and have readiness debate here. This is a fan club or a culture, not a serious investors board. They literally are not interested in facts or risks or alternatives opinions. They want to log in, read some hype post that end with go hemo go and feel all warm inside. Most of them are so in love, so biased that HG-CT-1 could fail and SP collapse and they'd be like "were here for CBR anyway".

You might have a better grasp on the science (though thats debatable as majority of you out source your research to Haywain) but the deadheads understand a investment is about more than just the science. HG-CT-1 is clearly a exciting proposition but needs more data and proof. This is evident by the total lack of interest at the DC & NYC conferences.

I dont see big pharma as being all over this ready to throw money at Vlad I just don't. I imagine pharma will want hemo to find the MTD & demonstrate improved survival times in both adults and kids and at that point they'll pounce. Right now its a total guess when that will happen and I suspect if that does happen, it won't now be until AFTER the next fundraise, with warrants of course. Totally except I maybe wrong but in the absence of any guidance from the company and a chart that looks like a major sell of is in progress what other conclusion can I come to

Though I agree John is much more credible than Adam i still believe it when I see it. Hence 2027 is a more realistic time frame. It might not be the lowest point but it will give a great risk reward buying after the next fundraising and with actual sales ramped up showing in the accounts plus development and certification risks behind us.

Thats an awfully lofty market cap for a company which has done nothing but disappoint its shareholders. It is loss making and is still working through developing and certifying its crackers. It needs more money, a lot more actually. Price will not go up ina sustainable way until material sales. Actual sales, are seen in the accounts.

Asking a legitimate question about the outstanding warrants what us wrong with that?

It might be a small amount I have hear but not inconsequential. I like to look after my money unlike seemingly almost everyone here. I find it weird. The opportunity cost alone is huge and yes I dont post much on Avacta. Don't need to I know exactly where they are what the ceo plan is what the scientific and commercial and financial strategy is its all laid out and they are executing. There's really not much to say there unless new information comes out. Its now in a uptrend and about to run away.

Hemo, im still working it all out. I may invest more when it gets to 500p, depends which of those 800k odd warrants JHFH believes are being sold.

No. They very specifically RNS each quarter update. USA style. It won't contain anything we dont know i don't think but it's important to be consistent. All about optics.
