We have our own CEO flying the flag and now Dr Tap on top of clinicians who are saying ava6k should be completely standard of care- unprecedented for a p1 drug.

Then we have RH, rallying from the financial side around the city and beyond.

Working in tandem.

In 2023 Merck brought Prometheus for over 10bn dollars with it projecting sales of just 1bn in 2028.

They had a pipeline of less advanced assets also

So they pay a 10x multiple for revenue 5 years in the future.

What will Ava6k be billing in 5 years? Discount "the beast" and the affimers and just look at Ava6k. Apply a 10x multiple and you have a precedent valuation to aim for.

Now throw in the mix Merck are MUCH more desperate now with keytruda coming off patent and that makes up over 40% of there sales figures and the fact there are multiple eyes on Avacta (think bidding war) and you get to figures north of 30bn dollars fairly easily and whoever acquires it basically gets 6103 for free or risk free because the acquisition of avacta is pay back by the proven ava6k alone.

It's the perfect storm.

Now we don't have to worry about a quarterly share dump and have become a pure tx play, this stock is re-rating. It's not people buying in anticipation of news as all likelihood a commercial deal doesn't come until Q4. The stock is re-rating as sights set once again on the unparalleled upside not the quarterly share dump

Avacta will have zero revenue now the diagnostics division is gone. It will still sell for tens of billions.

Hard to value haha but come on, we're talking double digit billions here. In a bidding war I think avacta will set M&A history i really do.

And we know multiple parties are already interested and have eyes on Licencing and we know there's 180bn of sales at risk and we know precision addresses this.

I think well see 30 to 50bn depending what stage were brought out at.

At a minimum we should have SGC nailed on which we practically do but I mean from a regulatory perspective and we should have exceptional 6103 p1 data so you're talking H2 2026.

£10 a share is a proper 1 ss take.

That would value pre|CISION at around £4bn which is a complete joke given what we have and precedents.

Prometheus sold for £10bn and their lead asset is only expected to be billing 1bn per year from.2028.

People need to start thinking in terms.of valuation not share price.

Price now firmly above 200dma and 57p is nothing of a resistance point if you look at volume nodes.

I think next big resistance is 85p area then £1

What nonsense. You pick the one with the easiest regulatory pathway and shortest time to market. Avacta is a business not a charity. Pivoting to SGC after seeing the results makes perfect business sense.

Once approved then you can expect off label use to expand rapidly. Especially with ongoing trials demonstrating its effectiveness in TNBC and STS for example.

6k works where dox works. Once cleaved it is just dox. Pick the shortest route to approval and crack on. That's exactly what avacta are doing and rightly so.

Getting pre|CISION into the hands of BP is the best outcome for patients. Sooner the better. CC knows this and will want this but not as if she can say it publicly is it come on.

Also doesn't take a genius chart wise to guess that old resistance will become support if backtested. Especially given the volume. IF backtested

Just been looking into Mercks acquisition of Prometheus and seems their lead candidate PRA023 was expected to be billing around 1bn per year from 2028, 5 years after the acquisition in 2023.

Prometheus had a pipeline of other drugs in earlier stages of development also much like Avacta.

So merck paid roughly a 10x peak sales of PRA023 which were 5 years in the future.

You then start running the numbers for Avacta and ... I mean I've checked the calculator 4 times and im still in amazement. Even being conservative in every way possible I get to £20Bn buyout

Wtf is wrong with these. I think there is a growing backlash against netzero around the world and particularly in the UK and USA. surely going to impact sales figures here if and when we actually start making decent sales..the whole thing is just taking to long

Healthy pullback. Never once in my life seen a share price instantly reach its maximum in a straight line.

Share price is up 50% in a few days natural to expect some risk coming of the table and profit taking plus traders exiting. Entirely normal.

What's more important is the bottom has been confirmed, that avacta have ended the cycle of shorting and then heights dumping, GSA are starting to reduce and now we're a pure tx play opening the window for II's to get in before the rest of our data and a commercial deal is made for a third party warhead.

It's all coming together really well now.

Note to self. Hemo ultras can only allow positive threads as they are really insecure and not truly convinced about it otherwise why feel the need to remove.

Ice specialist institutions will find it easier to buy when the company is at a higher value as they don't want to own too much of any company and they have a lot of firepower to deploy. They don't want little bits here and there they want a portfolio they can keep a handle on so for example if they had £10m to invest it is easier for them if avacta is valued at 500m already.

Also, my understanding is that they could of invested in avacta but CHOSE not too until dx was gone. Now they have it confirmed it IS going in a legally binding RNS I don't see any reason they couldn't start buying now depending on how much capital they have and company valuation as highlighted above

Woah ur a sensitive and suspicious lot. Relax HEMO is a monster and news due going to send price flying. Just like it has meant to for years. But this time finally it is. Just weird how price is falling and at best stagnant.

When there's news due usually it leaks and prices rise. If that rise is on volume also like significant volume like it is at avacta then you can be certain that news will be positive yet here at hemo its just meh... but yall keep comforting each other with convenient lies if it makes you feel better
