Right, so number of shares in circulation irrelevant. The company 12 years ago was worth 1.3m then? before NM walked the company was worth over 50m and now about 18m i think. An investor can look at the company track record, current prospects/newsflow, current SP and mcap to work out if they want to buy and if current sp is good value to them. Circumstances and management can change over time.
What you are saying is the increase in shares over 12 years is the concern. I am not sure I would consider it a major factor when deciding on investing but fair enough if you decided not to invest based on that.
Many companies have to raise funds many times before they make a profit. Bio-pharma companies being a good example and of course exploration companies. Until they prove up a licence and sell, JV or become a miner themselves they either pass round the hat and dilute to survive or go bankrupt - all the time invetsors have a choice.
I accept entirely ggp could end up out of cash having never got a licence to a commercial conclusion. But equally feel there is still decent chance of a good return here - we'll see through this summer. I certainly won't be here in 12 years waiting for news on current licenses.
In my opening post that you claimed was not balanced i acknowledged the poor company track record, high risk nature of exploration, un-answered questions following NM walking, potential ott comments from GH etc. Really not sure where you are going with your randon grabs at negative only slants on things.
Did you want to clarify your suggestion that NM's involvement may have been entirely fabricated by GGP.
