You would have thought so but have to admit i don't think i understand the mechanics of these share issues and how they show up as buys/sells. For example both the recent Alba announcements were followed by lots of big buys, very much in advance of the stated date that the new shares would be on the market, then on the stated dates hardly any activity or sp movement, so left a little confused by the whole thing really.

Just not much to talk about at the moment - HH will be what it will be - Brockham permissions sorted hopefully end of the month and I hope we get more solid info from Greenland over the summer, particularly TBS. No idea about likely Clogau news flow. Not overly impressed by the surprise fund raise and the lack of accompanying detail but still feel at this price it will not take much to go right for the SP to greatly improve. If i felt it was a total dog i would just sell up and move on though - always confused by those that feel a share is a lost cause but apparently stay in. Oh and DZ has not gone - he'll be back or already is as someone else - not a chance he was an investor here.

Had wondered if that would happen as still seems a decent amount of short term upside here, but seems and obligatory market adjustment on ex div day.

Yeah i may be looking for info not really there - lots of generic but very positive aspects to Microsaic and the proof of how commercial these arrangements will be there for us to see in time. Been on the sidelines since 1p and only took the plunge last few weeks - doh! But at such a low mcap with cash and improving prospects in what appears to be a very lucrative and expanding sector hard to resist buying more - i just have little idea what i am hoping for in terms of eventual sp.

Are there any credible estimations on what each distribution deal could be worth (in a realistically ideal scenario). These updates are very positive but, particularly stating more sales this year than last already, but i have found it difficult to gauge what the likely commercial potential is. Expanding

They have got better and more proactive in terms of info flow (e.g. significantly more active social media) and some of the details they give are actually very good I think. I also appreciate with mining and exploration that setting exact dates for specific developments is very difficult and can erode credibility quickly if such aims are missed, but i do think they could do better with sign posting the different stages of development and estimate approximate time scales/costs. We are all focused on JORC for TBS for example, but i would like them to layout what they will do after that stage by stage with estimated costs. At the moment all we can do is look at Blujay and assume they will do roughly the same.

This week has left me more doubtful than before, but i do tire of the best multi bagger v worst company ever bilge. If Brockham permission for the sidetrack comes later this month it could be significant. If HH comes good and lives up to the hype that could be transformational. If a JORC comes through for TBS in the same neck of woods as Bluejay then that will be of substantial relevance to SP. If all 3 happen it is not controversial to speculate that from current sp we could all be looking at huge gains. However it is very apparent these things could conceivably not come good. Then we are left with starting again with Inglefield, picking up again with Amitsoq (one of the reasons I invested and am concerned how this seems to have become a side show) and maybe a few thousand pounds worth of gold in Wales.... (not totally writing these assets off but currently not likely the reason many invested - maybe Inglefield will be the next net to catch investors) So for me now it is 50/50 whether it is boom or bust - i will stay in and hope for the best but my god they need to add some flesh to the bones in terms of timescales and objectives to be met. This is still my single biggest investment.

Are there any figures/estimations on how much value the so far announced deals could deliver or are expected to deliver say over the next 12 months.

Well on that note and just being speculative perhaps another partner would prefer to unload their share......

Yanis - that is what i mean really - if for essential funding to satisfy oga fine - say so in the rns. If a generic fund raise as the rns suggests then why now if within 1 or 2 months the bod think there is something coming that will significantly lift sp giving a much better position to raise from. I am not saying it is one or the other as i don't know but oddly neither do they so it makes me question things a little more. I think there is a lot on offer here but i am getting frustrated as well. That is all.

The video below from December clearly suggests they are working on a resource estimate for TBS in the weeks ahead. 6m 20 sec in. That really upped my interest in buying more Alba shares. That would inflate the SP I am sure, 5 months on clearly nowhere near. These last 2 share issues show the BOD do not beleive there is any near term SP boosting news, otherwise you would raise funds on the back of such news imo. That or they needed the money very urgently as suggested earlier in relation to OGA requirements. Or perhaps they have spotted an opportunity with a small window to act. Either way starting to question things here a little more. Not expecting that so quickly after the last. Combined with the earlier rns bit disappointed - TBS clearly nowhere near JORC otherwise you would issue that to increase sp for a fund raise. Starting to think they need to just focus on TBS and ride the Bluejay slipstream while hoping HH delivers on its promise.

Agree with most of what is said and i am sure some level of "stage management" goes on with news releases but ultimately they have to release news as it occurs more or less if significant to the sp. However as a company grows you wpuld have thought such news and trading updates would become more frequent but at the same time some things maybe become less worth commenting on all the time as a business scales up. In short i think we will know important news as and when it occurs and it can't all be structured around set dates and events.

I keep an eye on Bluejay because of TBS. Surprised they did not get a bit of lift from the resource upgrade on their project (although the accompanying video seemed to make clear that was for much later investigation). Still, continues to wet the appetite for Thule.

Pretty good couple of weeks - lots of chunky buys, broker note with 75p target, 3rd product exported into US and a good trading update - what will it take to get things moving here. Does the Company itself need to work harder on news flow, presentations and general pr?

For the record, I am very positive on Alba, it is my biggest investment currently. However I wish there was a little more specific detail and clearer sign posting of expected progress in some of the information output.

Yes seems unlikely to drop that far again. If the news flow continues to be good though i am happy to keep adding over the months ahead anywhere under 220 as intend to hold them for the long term.
