Well another distribution deal, so good news and shows they are busy but i guess again without indications of what this might mean in terms of numbers limits the impact. May have to look back through other rns releases but these guys appear to have their fingers in more pies than some of the other distributors.

Well I'll pass judgement in a few months - if it results in more regular, detailed and structured news flow great. Simply don't know enough to say much more. The sceptic in me wonders why we need so much on the oil side of things, appreciate we have a decent holding in HHDL but really we are passengers in others projects aren't we? Certainly is - pretty sure some tumbleweed bumbled across the screen while i was typing. Still a busy board is not always a blessing - everything seems in place here for a decent chance of sp growth. Once the dust settles from the recent placing (maybe it already has) i don't think it will take a lot to push this up, although actual figures will probably be required for any sustained push.

Frustrating sp movement at the moment - possible news on production from kyzyl in August would help if all on track. As far as i can tell there are 2 main suppressors , being based in Russia (this is 3 risks in one - relations with the state which can change quickly in a country like that, how Russia behaves internationally, as we saw earlier this year and currency fluctuations, which can also be a benefit) and debt. Debt is expected to drop off and i am willing to take a punt that Russia probably needs stability in terms of international politics to keep its economy from imploding. So if they progress their various projects as hoped and maintain or increase the dividend i still expect the sp to go up over time, Well hope it will anyway. Perhaps a bit of patience required, more than i thought i would need when i bought in.

No one is saying TBS mining is around the corner - Bluejay still have hoops to jump through. There are stepping stones with likely sp increases along the way - maiden JORC hopefully being the first for us. They are just highlighting a company with a vastly higher valuation, that are not mining yet, that is very similar to TBS - as they have been paid to do....... They also highlight the discrepancy in valuation versus UKOG - a valid point i would argue. I am not trumpeting Align's work, i see it for exactly what it is. I have shares in several companies, NOT ONE has ever telegraphed a fund raise - another little negative you drop in as if specific to Alba. I don't care how maby shares you have here - you can say what you like, no way to verify. I just wish people could construct measured interesting posts - the ones yesterday on HH flow rates and potential value to Alba for example. But you say things like i have loads of shares, things could be great here but then suggest all things we are hoping for are nonsense and that GF is not to be trusted..... All hard to make sense of.

Pick out specifics and show them to be nonsense with reasoned points - that makes for a better debate. Cofe - it seems every postive comment you make is accompanied by multiple negatives wrapped up in "humour". Sure you are not in his (DZ) little gang? Your constant referencing of DZ, as if he has some legitimate point about Alba is becoming as odd as WOs bipolar ranting. Can't take many seriously on this board these days.

No one is ever right to agree with DZzzzzzzz, even when it is his other accounts and buddies. All i can say is i am slightly happier than i was a few days ago with my Alba investment and had my first top up in months.

Give Amerisur a buy rating in this weeks issue. They have had them as a "buy" for a few months, but highlight the recent price weakness as a very cheap entry point at a multiple of 2.5 x enteprise/cash profit (based on 15.6p sp)

I notice yesterday Microsaic were tweeting about recruitment and positions they are looking to fill "in their growing team" - looks like they are gearing up for increased activity - always a good sign i think.

Presumably published in investors chronicle? The current sp does seem a heavy drop off in view of the news since reaching 250p+ back end of last year and as recently as Jan. I was pretty happy to get the chance to pick some up at below 200p let alone around 150p.

Never felt so conflicted - still believe this could fly on the right news but this is seriously testing my nerve. Personally no issue selling at a loss if i think the game is up (no point holding on for even bigger losses) but not sure we are at the all is lost stage. We are funded for now and the potential of TBS and HH could be huge (but maybe nothing). And Inglefield does perk my interest. However while all this is going on, the best Alba can do is tweet an image of the entrance Clogau..... Flippin eck tucker.

The market will want meat on the bones to those distribution deals - i.e. sales figures. Also they have just diluted the company hugely, relevant to mcap, with the fund raise last week - the fact the share price has hung close to the pre-fund raise price is very re-assuring (to me at least)

I just think we need things to settle a little - last weeks fund raise was quite a surprise and relative to the MC it is quite an ask of the market to absorb without any fluctuations. Hopefully things settle over the next few weeks and maybe an announcement or two will help start pushing the SP upwards again.

No info on that since then - assume they need this field season but it does not necessarily have to cover every inch of the licence - Bluejay have upgraded their resource estimates more than once i think. If they are unable to provide the maiden JORC this year or at east definitively timetable it, then i think that will be my lot here, barring miracles from one of the other licences. I have also emailed them recently - nothing back yet. I disagree that it is definitely a waste of time to do that, they are a pretty small operation, if lots of shareholders rant at them by email it will probably nudge them into some sort of communicative action, even if Tweets rather than anything else. They may must be working on something to clarify the situation, surely.

Bluejay have raised funds multiple times for their Dundas project (next to TBS). If Alba can show there is a viable commercial opportunity there, no issues coming back cap in hand. Not sure anyone here thought TBS would be developed on the last fund raise. So kind of DZ to show interest and concern here despite not being invested.....

The timing of things (warrants) was certainly enough to raise eyebrows but you could also argue that it makes sense to cash them in against a heavily inflated SP with an uncertain outcome. Not a million miles from top slicing to manage risk. Of course if you believe the release of information was manipulated to suit the process I can understand how someone could form that suspicion, but you would also have to accept that is a totally speculative position. Personally not sure a big player like NM would be comfortable being used or even complicit in such a thing. I think what irritates most GGP holders about negative posts is the implied tone that we do not understand the risks involved here. It really grates, especially when pointing out that we need hard facts while at same time spouting their own speculative opinion as fact. Also I would not necessarily consider the last few RNS releases as being "no news" while appreciating the limited nature of some of the Info. It seems natural to me the SP will go up as the market anticipates news on some of the work being undertaken. Of course no guarantee it will be good news or exactly when it will drop.
