No-one seems to have the answers - yet. Social distancing is more relaxed but we now have to wear masks to go into shops, when we've managed four months without. Contact tracing fizzled out in IOW without really getting started, and is still in first gear now.

Our numbers have improved but we're not in winter yet. Aussie is, and they are having big problems. Having said that Brazil and India are hot countries and they're in trouble as well. It would seem a vaccine is the only real answer. All IMO - for sure.

How it all affects Melody I don't think has really changed. The virtual gigs are there for the taking. They can be the kings of their domain. Likewise the JG musicals eventually, but right now it's simply too dangerous to let them go ahead. Again IMO.

I've given up trying to make sense of Pud's posts, let alone reply to them.
Then again, he didn't seem to understand mine last time.

£220 million was the notional value on which the JG option grants were based.
Nobody really knows how the agreement was arrived at, unless you do. But then you probably don't since you think it involved Live Nation

The fact still remains that 2 million have seemingly lapsed. If might even be more if it is other warrants/options which have been exercised.
If Melody explained then we wouldn't be here trying to figure it out. But I don't suppose they will.

It's impossible to tell where these numbers come from, but with 7 million plus new shares issued, these could be part of most of the options/warrants listed on pages 44/45 if the last statement.

One thing seems certain. As last Friday's expirers totalled 9 million plus, at least some have been allowed to lapse. This might explain why the market is unhappy.

But as we often say 'IMO', he also has an opinion.

Third parties don't dictate the SP, but often following a newspaper tip or one by a private tipster the SP will spike.
Apparently this particular tipster is quite good and has a following. The MMs know this and were obviously all over it on Thursday.
Now the grant date for these particular warrants was 31 July 2015, so the expiry date hasn't just been set for something which may or may not happen this month.

If you were watching on Thursday, the tip was announced at 3pm and immediately the SP rose to 5p, which the tipster said to hold at. 25% maybe but in money terms it was only about 1p.
Anything else would be a pretty big co-incidence.

I suppose you could exercise and sell immediately and make a very fast buck. But I would guess that with options/warrants there may well some clause which forbids it within a certain period of time. again IMO.

I don't pretend to know all the mysteries of the stock market Italian, because I certainly don't.

But the SP spiked on Thursday simply due to a share tip by an apparently fair tipster. The following day's warrants had no connection. As there were only 9 million of them it made next to no difference re dilution. And if you can buy at 1.2p with the shares currently around 5p then it's a no-brainer. In fact questions might have been asked if they hadn't been exercised i.e. is there a problem we don't know about.

Having said all that I assume they were exercised. No doubt Melody will let us know in due course.

Probably both actually.
At 1.2p I can't think why the warrants wouldn't have been exercised. But there's (only) 9 million shares involved - not huge in the greater scheme of things. And it's not unusual to get big buys at the end of the day. It'll all be lost in the ether by Monday morning.

Now the traders are selling into it - soooooo predictable.

At least news of Brixton, when it comes, will have a lot more substance to it.
