It's plainly obvious to a blind dog that bids are too low else rns would have come out by now. Ok they they have got hotels but to service the debt they need holidays to be sold and that is the crux. In my view price will go into single figures before anything is finalized. I don't relish what I am saying because I made a good profit when HG was in charge but the reality is PF is now being economical with the truth and I think TCG is in a very precarious position. Truth will out when and if the airline is sold, and on saying this I don't think it will anything like the price most people are thinking of.

Well I did say D4E.....but somebody with their hands on the wheel says CVA which I suppose in hindsight is probably a better option as their shop rents are too high. The only thing about a CVA is shareholders would be wiped out as in the case of Debenhams. I still reiterate a strong sell as if this goes into single figures CVA is more probable.

If you study the accounts for the past three years debt hasn't got any smaller, got to the point where they need to sell the family silver. PF is trying to put a brave face on it but unfortunately he's not got the right attitude, ever since HG went its been a total mash up, if another CEO came in it might change but PF won't go lightly. My view is if Fosun want this they will probably get rid of quite a few of the board. The bid is obviously too low and the more time it takes then the more likely D4E draws nearer, single figures await, sell before mateys as she's is going down1

Fosun's bid is obviously too low, PF is hoping for a better offer but in the light of day that won't be forthcoming and all the while the debt is getting bigger. Quite a few are now locked in at 17p plus, either average down or sell as this so will only get lower, percentage wise you can see small drops day by day.
