Although I hold a good wedge here and am in profit something doesn't seem right. All the ducks are lined up but sp is languishing a bit. Always some people get wind of news beforehand and sp rises on rumour, not happening here which leads me to think news might not be what we are all thinking. I may be wrong here, (hopefully) but a little cautious so have sold a quarter.

It is my opinion only, you don't have to listen. I was enlightened to have a look at this share a few months back with a view to investing but due diligence prevented me. Time scale six months to get debt sorted or sp will drop dramatically.

Three months before the collapse of TCG I told all and sundry about D4E or it was finished because of the state of the debt, most posters derided me at the time, I kept on repeating until the end. It is a similar case here, I take no pleasure in this but my day job is an administrator so I know what to look for. NOG unless they get the debt sorted will go a similar way in my view.

Just studied full accounts for past two years, my stance is D4E sooner rather than later otherwise I hate to think of the alternative. The gradual decline could become could become a hurricane.

Sp drops to 0.11 at 16.29 just before close....then BANG! RNS drops dead on 16.30!....too late for all the derampers!.....Go on George you owe us one!

If you re-read my posts on TCG HK85 I banged on about D4E literally for two months before the company said anything, very few agreed with me thinking I was being conceited. It was plainly obvious if you had read the accounts for 2/3 years that was going to happen. I call certain people idiots because that's what they are, just invested on air and nothing else!!! The company has short shrifted pi's which is unforgivable very much akin to the Debenhams debacle.

I see not much has changed since my last post here in July, D4E still on the cards and a few idiots still projecting a profit. I did advocate the D4E when all around were calling me all sorts!....Yes I am not sorry for calling it but sorry for those who listened to the rampers!

Sorrell is Sorrell. I remember doing some accounting work for him a few years ago and what struck me about him was he was a black and white man caring not what people think. In business yes he has a great advertising brain but investors remember what he was like previously, akin in a sense to Neil Woodford, very self assured. Admittedly everything is going great at the moment so why is the SP languishing?...more to do with his personality and the investors fear of a failure than anything else. I was tempted when the sp was £1.65, glad I didn't take the bait as I thought it would motor. Perhaps the SP will motor in the long term but for now it's a case of wait and see.

Look at that spread nearly 60%. This is a gonner, get out while you can! I had and still have shares in a similar company which stated the same, delisted and went to JP Jenkins ...matched bargain facility, only trouble is you need someone to buy your shares and in my view it very rarely happens unless you have a hell of a lot of shares. Yes the problem is too many shares are held by institutions which makes trading difficult because of very little free float. I had shares in AVN five years ago and fortunately managed to get out with only a 18% loss before D4E happened. The company is in a much better position now but cannot see anyone riding to the rescue anytime soon, Sell!

.... recession is forecast sell in August. Bottom line around £1.66, then weak holders are out and sp shoots back up rather quickly. Yes these prices are a gift but not many see that.
