No evidence that there is 465k in the bank. Directors, admin costs and creditors need paying. Cash funding needed so unlikely to have that amount of cash available.

£720m gold to dig isn’t entirely accurate. This refers to the whole Tesoro region for which NTVO only mining 2 shafts.

Must be quite far from breaking even if you own 3% and been here since mid - 2024.

Ps Helx2 keeps having a pop at “day traders”… it’s the day traders that keep the SP moving. If everyone just bought and sat on their holding it’d never move. Simpleton

I don’t understand the narrative behind “derampers” being quiet when it’s a blue day. If Helx2 is referring to the likes of Ranger, they are here constantly. Some others weren’t here as unfortunately the rampers got their accounts removed. They never seem to make any comments on SP dropping.

No doubt they’ll be “topping up” some more today. Must be a majority shareholder by now!

There’s a perception in here that buys showing as sells on the LSE site has any sort of impact on SP. It’s just an algorithm to report trades on this site only. It doesn’t impact supply and demand.

They seem to post from a perspective that they have entered NTVO on the cheap and posts are condescending towards longer LTH.

They seem to forget this site has a history of comments. Unless Helx was telling porkys last year, they too entered when this was trading at a SP of 3.75 (adjusted for 1500/1 consolidation). That’s an 88% decrease to today’s 0.45p.

It might explain why they are so reluctant to engage in any conversation around the performance since then.

I can see you bought in here yesterday - so given the spread at the time and today’s performance, I’d make that a 30% loss so far. Practice what you preach, don’t be ill towards others just because you made a mistake.

Will be interesting to see how long this thread lasts before mass reported. But… for anyone willing to discuss NTVO, please crack on. My questions are as follows if anyone would like to share their thoughts:

- a lot of raises made over the last year, including one to send £750k to BOKU as part of auditing and sampling the site. Why does the site need another audit? Why did we not hear anything on the samples taken earlier this year?

- why did production not start again once rain dried up. Initial audits and sampling graded this as one of the most gold rich sites in Peru.

- why were admin costs 1.4million for the year 2024. That does not include director fees. How did the auditor allow the release of the FS with no disclosure notes for this? It’s the one and only significant figure in the accounts.

For the LTH we all have an opinion on where this money went. The posts on X have long gone since the ECHO rebrand, but does anyone recall the BoD having a big corporate day out at the F1 in South America when visiting the site? This is where your money is going.

Exactly Ranger. These little bursts of blue days are just met with a few days of red. Fair play if they’re taking profits on the rises… but that would then make them day traders and we can’t be having that.

Fergal, it’s not necessarily on obsession with this forum.

It’s more principle. A few weeks ago I copied and pasted an RNS from the company. Openly asking about profit/loss figures, asking why another raise was needed to audit a site that was already audited (rain didn’t impact the site according to S Birrell).

This discussion was met with a rampage of abuse from the likes of Helx, Rob-00 and the gang. Account was banned as they reported it in mass.

I’ll happily have a grown up discussion on the company. However, Helx hasn’t taken my name out of their posts ever since. Mine, and others. So for now, I’m here to let everyone know that this user is nothing but a massive ramper.

They have been here since mid-2024 claiming to be topping up on each drop. They’ll report any account that doesn’t pump this to cloud 9 as their p&l for this investment is so underwater.

They are not interested in talking about RNSs. Helx especially, they are so underwater here that they despise any open discussion about the company and consider it deramping.

Stating facts and asking questions why another audit is needed is not deramping. It’s a concern and genuine debate.

Wouldn’t need to if helicks didn’t use his multiple accounts to get me banned each time….
