Fergal, it's not necessarily an issue with getting finance to get production. It's the countless times it has happened. Each time saying "this raise will get us producing". Since they sold their first batch:
January 30, 2025 – Creditor Shares Issued in Lieu of Cash - Nativo issued 473,684,210 new ordinary shares (priced at 0.0019 pence per share) to creditors instead of paying cash.
April 17, 2025 – Placing Shares Issued to Investors - 9,909,862 new ordinary shares were placed at 0.7 pence per share, raising approximately £70,000.
May 19, 2025 – Creditor Shares Issued in Lieu of Cash - Another issuance of 3,833,333 new ordinary shares at 0.6 pence per share to settle services provided.
July 30–31, 2025 – Convertible Loan Notes Converted to Equity - Two conversions happened via notices: 20,000 Notes converted, producing 13,270,688 new ordinary shares. 75,000 Notes converted, producing 49,765,079 new ordinary shares (conversion effective 31 July). Total of 63,035,767 new ordinary shares issued as a result.
August 29, 2025 – Institutional Subscription Shares- Issued 38,461,333 new ordinary shares at £0.003 per share to a new institutional investor, raising about £115,384.
NTVO has issued approximately six separate tranches of new ordinary shares over the past 12 months, totaling roughly 600 million new shares.
