Unknown.. my query was to whether there had been a communication to investors post the GM update. There hadn’t been, just a liar on the forum.

Did any other investors receive additional emails regarding the GM?

Apologies, I forgot. Must have been using your premium account, the one where you haven't filtered us.. I mean, how else would you have been posting L2 data in here last week with only a standard account? ;)

For any other users in here who aren't aware, it was noted in here that Helx uses multiple accounts to mass report anyone that isn't pumping this to the moon. They have been "topping up" for over a year now and the SP is 80% down in that time. They'll do anything to create hopium in here.

Maybe NTVO they only released the "email" it to investors over a certain threshold, we'll await their response.

Yes the deadline at HL was 12pm today..

I have voted through HL platform. For any other investors who didn't received the "email", I have sent the following to Nativo, nativo@vigoconsulting.com:

Dear Investor Relations Team,

I am a shareholder in Nativo Resources Plc through Hargreaves Lansdown and have received the standard notice of the upcoming General Meeting scheduled for 5 September 2025. However, I have been informed by another investor (user Helx2 on LSE, who supposedly owns circa 3%) that there may have been an additional voting update or communication recently circulated.

I have not received any such correspondence and would appreciate it if you could confirm:

Whether any additional materials, updates, or clarifications have been issued to shareholders since the original notice dated 20 August 2025.

If any such updates were shared with nominee platforms like Hargreaves Lansdown.

How I can ensure I am receiving all relevant shareholder communications going forward, including through my nominee provider.

I'm assuming that was a response to me, but confused as I thought we were filtered. Anyway,

Resolution 1 – Authority to allot shares

An ordinary resolution to grant the Directors authority pursuant to section 551 of the Companies Act 2006 (as amended) (the “Act”) to allot new Ordinary Shares up to a nominal amount of £970,408.19, being an amount of the nominal value of approximately 200 per cent of the Company’s issued share capital and in connection to the issue of warrants.

Resolution 2 – Disapplication of statutory pre-emption rights

Conditional on the passing of Resolution 1 above, a special resolution to disapply pre-emption rights pursuant to section 570 and 573 of the Act. This Resolution would allow the Directors to allot new Ordinary Shares on a non-pre-emptive basis: i) for up to approximately 200 per cent of the Company’s issued share capital; and ii) for authorities in connection with the exercise of warrants.

Yes Maidit, an internal estimate of 213k ounces of gold in the wider Tesoro region. NTVO still trying to get one shaft into production within the entire region. All this gold in there but we’re sat waiting for an update on the umpteenth audit.

Ps, 213,000 x $3,510 x 70%* =$523m

*agreed to sell at market rate less 30%. Decent figures but not quite £1bn!

Very good news and prices. But about as useful as the current price of BTC to NTVO at the moment.

Mining hopefully starting at some point this year.. first gold sale maybe early 2026 (if Boku’s sale agreement from Nov-2024 is still valid of course).
