I'm just more baffled you're championing a pending announcement on more financing. You were giving us daily updates on how great the GOPP would be as it was already fully funded. I like how you all just turn a blind eye to the state of the 2025 accounts? The fact the share price is below the starting price of when the "offer" was announced tells you its own story.

If anyone was wondering why Helx2 pumps this with so much bias, it's because they entered here with a price of 1.23p (after conversion for 1500:1) and they're chasing losses. Just for transparency when reading her jam tomorrow posts.

Yes imo it’ll be like clockwork. Few blue days in anticipation of finance news, spike on the RNS. The likes of Jungle and the crowd will flock in with their emoji hype 🔥 and then all will settle down once again.

It's become that desperate that they're celebrating pending news of finance for a GOPP that had already been funded for 8 months ago!...

PS. I like how buys are also being celebrated once again yesterday despite it finished 2% down. This site never seems to report these the wrong way do they? LOL

A few reasons tbh, Fergal. Mainly because it is an stock exchange forum, not a fixed deposit forum. Other reasons include because admittedly lost a buck back in Echo days and like to keep an eye. Especially so when a certain few belittled holders at the time Echo plummeted and told LTH's to simply "move on and stop living in the past" when those were questioning financials. To the point where accounts were banned for simply quoting RNSs due to mass reporting of new investors :)

89% down since consolidation, and you were a holder and avid ramper beforehand so losses are even worse. You have basically lost your initial investment (you posted your £8k purchases in 2023 on here) yet you still praise the company. Something stinks....

Golf, I'm sure when YA provided a £2m funding package they were also under the impression it was to fund the construction GOPP (well, that is what the market was told in the Nov-25 RNS)...

If and when it's built, the key question once again is gold output. Not just from Bonanza, but they say they did a survey of local miners and said there's currently an "over supply" so they're confident this will feed to their own GOPP. It will be interesting to hear how they plan on capturing the market share here as I'm sure other miners aren't just sat waiting for this GOPP to be able to process their own...

Directors "buying at double the price"? Other than very small* purchases (circa £3k) when their wives bought, the vast majority of shares received were payments of salary in lieu, not actual buys.

*I say very small as when I bought £4k for a trade it was laughed at by you guys.

She has been saying there’s upward pressure for 3 years now since this was priced at 45p! 😂 (0.0325p * 1500 adjusted for consolidation). No wonder they ramp it with hyperboles and jam tomorrow, trying to recover enormous losses.

Been there, done that. Gave up trying to discuss the admin expenses, LTH weren't bothered despite it being the contributing factor to their P&L loss. The first thing I do as a LTH elsewhere is ask why there's no breakdown for costs representing 50% of £4m losses.....

Anyway, Helx2 repeatedly told the forum that phase 1 (mining + GOPP) was fully funded and that anyone who said otherwise should be filtered.

A quick search of " Helx2 "fully funded" " on Google makes some comical reading.

Fair enough, Golf. The latest RNSs did say they were in need of finance. Eerily quiet from big holders in here since the latest updates. The likes of @Oops1diditagain who were very vocal and abusive have long disappeared....

Just quoting official company communications, Golf. In fact, the audited financials signed off late May 2026 also stated

“Structured funding (November 2025): a £2 million funding package including a £200,000 equity

subscription, £1.8 million CLN and an ATM facility of up to £2 million to support execution priorities

(mining restart, plant BUILD/commissioning and tailings work).”
