Funding has been in place, but the last estimate we had for the GOPP costs was $1.8m to construct and commission.

Admin costs alone for the company were $2m in the 2025 accounts. I wonder how much of the funding package from Nov 2025 has been exhausted on expenses other than the GOPP over the past 6 months....

Iceman, I actually agree and always have that the GOPP could be a huge milestone.

It's all very well saying it will be built this year. But, the question remains on how they plan on convincing third party goldies to shift their current ongoing operations away from the likes of Dynacor to the new plant to reach the capacity level of tonnage.

Like I said last week before it got lost in hissy fits. They're building the fundamentals and ensuring they're in place this time. I just can't believe LTHs aren't questioning the admin expenses once again.

I'm not saying they don't believe in the business, but considering it is stated in the FS "In the meantime, the Company's working capital position remains tight and the Directors are carefully managing the Company's cash flows and creditors.", then they may not have had much of a choice to be paid lieu of cash.

Quite astounding total staff costs of key personnel (4 in total) for a mining company not yet in production is is $808k.

A lot to be said, but once again, despite "admin expenses" representing over 90% of operating losses, there's no breakdown for this.

However, a 66% increase in the CEO's total remuneration (410k vs 246k). Interested to hear thoughts of LTHs on these.

Golf - i think credit where credit is due, they haven't rushed into it this time like 2024 to be then hit with unexpected costs & issues. Fundamentals have been set and timelines are more realistic but IMHO they're at a critical crossroad now. They've clearly gained confidence with YA otherwise they wouldn't agree to a revised funding package, but its now getting on for 4 months since the mining contractor was mobilised to the site with zero mining taking place (other than 38 tonnes of stockpiles as a byproduct of sampling).

Repayment of the first loan tranche is due 60 days after closing. Either revenue to repay from sales, or they'll have to use the ATM facility. No GOPP update is the main concern as Stephen quoted in the webinar that without the GOPP it would be artisanal mining at approx 3-5tpd which won't pay the bills.

Sampling and stockpiling 38 tonnes since before new year is considered quick? You guys have been shouting operations will be over 100tpd. Make your minds up.

Stephen literally quoted as saying in 26 Feb RNS that it’ll be 2nd half of 2026 for the GOPP completion. In addition, the funding update said this will help toward finalising the “design” of the GOPP.

Iceman, you think they’ll stockpile until the GOPP? Yesterday’s update said the funding package was to help towards finalising the design of the GOPP. Clearly isn’t ready yet and 200k repayment due in 60 days. My guess is they’re ready to sell stockpile soon.
