It’s been plummeting for a year.

Coops - what makes you think they'll actually be mining this year? Do the quotes in previous RNSs when they say they'll be targeting initial production rates of between 3-5 tonnes per day by June 2025?

I'm sure you newbies that have recently bought in and are shouting from the roof tops will soon notice the detail in the RNS wordings...

Resolution 2 – Disapplication of statutory pre-emption rights

Conditional on the passing of Resolution 1 above, a special resolution to disapply pre-emption

No one seems to bat an eyelid that it didn't recommence after the rainfall. I know you weren't likely invested at this point, but surely the question still stands to newbies?

So many capital injections to get the mining operation up and running at the end of 2024. And so many more this year to date.

We're now celebrating a General Meeting where they want to get authority to issue even more shares WITHOUT NEEDING TO LET EXISTING SHAREHOLDERS KNOW.

If you're buying in now and voting yes to the reso', you're approving an immediate 200% dilution.

My point being Coops, is that a whole batch of other investors were as optimistic as you were this time last year. They have disappeared or written it off after a 80% retrace.

Since mining commenced at the end of 2024, NTVO has issued approximately six separate tranches of new ordinary shares over the past 12 months, totaling roughly 600 million new shares.

So, down 80% since they first extracted Gold. And STILL, not one person including the company has been able to explain why mining didn't recommence this year. And, despite fieldwork already completed, they cannot proceed to complete the "new" fieldwork without raising ANOTHER £0.97m.

No games being played here, Coops.

I refer to timelines in the RNSs and history of NTVO/ECHO and often met with a barrage of a abuse. To date, I haven't one been proven wrong. Yes, there's been mini spikes where I'm sure some might have taken some profit, but this is ~80% down since they started mining. When certain users mass report accounts for speaking about RNSs, constantly label others using vulgar language, I'll just keep speaking facts about the company.

Coops - when the SP spiked to 0.89p, I was told multiple times it can only go one way...

A few weeks later it was down over 50%

I see the “multi bag specialist” has topped up to get back to 5%. Probably cause a mini spike

Fergal - yes, but this quote is directly from the chairman. “Further sub-surface works to identify ore shoots for initial targeting, expected to take four weeks, cannot proceed until adequate funding is secured.“

If this isn’t the fieldwork, then what is it? They said it was the fieldwork that would take 4 weeks.

Ps. Wasn’t quiet when it pumped for one or two days. Account was reported in mass for simply quoting RNSs like the above.

I’m assuming that’s tongue in cheek, Ranger. Can’t call it tight control of cash flow if there’s £1.4m admin costs (undocumented) and £500k director salaries. Whatever happened to incentivised fees, or even deferred fees? Crazy cash flows if you ask me considering there’s only ever been one batch sold.

In their RNS back in August, they said these works were to being at the end of August and would take a month. The timelines are a bit of a mess as they are now saying: "The Company has sufficient working capital to complete limited aspects of the technical programme for Bonanza and Morrocota announced on 13 August 2025 but will require further funding by the end of October to complete the programme"

4 weeks from August is the end of September. As such, are they insinuating that have they paused the works until the GM resolutions are approved? Have they sent personnel out to Peru and started the fieldwork before realising they need more money to actually complete the work?

If there’s someone sat there waiting, what’s stopping them from raising the funds without the resolution passing? They certainly raised enough in the past. SP is attractive for a large cash injection now.

You ask why the likes of Ranger and myself are on these boards. It's posts like the below that bring such comedic value.

A hama style rise could be on the cards starting today. Mcap is tiny for a 200k oz gold producer (albeit - not producing yet) but RNS previously already stated the commencement is very close, mine plans being drawn up and vice of tailings to be appointed.
