Yeah exactly. I mean it’s not like your actually your asking for the world, you want timelines.
The big one will be project revenue. If the projected CAPEX is going to be around £3Billion, your revenues would presumably trump this number. It could bring in £300-£400m per annum for a 20+ year lifespan. And Oracle in some way or other are going to recieve their pound of flesh. Or a “premium” for our work in the development. Tell us what !!! Even that alone could be a lucrative one off payment. Give us a clue haha, something to get excited about holding in the future.
I’ve never witnessed a company I’ve invested in go bust, and I don’t wish to see that in any form here. But if we’re going to reap our rewards in 2-3 years from now, im getting extra worried about bridging the gap between now and then with the rate of dilution we’ve witnessed and share price implosion.
Unfortunately I agree with JSTAR here, some companies have the ability to let you buy and hold, Oracle isn’t one of those. I’ve never seen a share price decimated time and time and time again, for the trend to continue
With Naheeds lack of Communication surrounding anything of substance with GH, combined with her inability to negotiate and secure a decent fundraise, those who buy in now, could quite easily find themselves 50% down in no time. Some companies have the ability to drip feed shareholders something of value from time to time to keep the shareholders, and share price at bay, we don’t have that here
I’m 90% down in over 2 years and that gulf looks set to widen further. Some new PI’s may make money in the future. I wouldn’t consider myself an OG Long term holder and even I would need a parabolic run of 2000-3000%, just to break even. Which AIM company last did yet and how did they achieve it ?
My only blessing here now I’ve lost thousands, I can pick up MILLLLLIONS of these things for penny’s now and it can somewhat lower my average, but I won’t be breaking the bank to do so
If you want new investment Naheed, come out and tell them exactly what they’re investing into and what the future holds. We’ll get behind the company but you have to make us believe.
I do understand the optimism here. I was the big optimist 2 years ago but losing nearly all of your investment, surprisingly wiped that out of me
The feasibility is a positive move
But:
“We continue to work on the completion of the grid interconnectivity feasibility studies in collaboration with SGCC, as well as geotechnical and environmental studies, which will follow soon after, leading us into the FEED stage and future confirmation of potential off-take and financing arrangements."
Suggests that there is a fair bit of work involved before financially securing this for Oracle Energy. It’s the placings from now until then
If Naheed got ahead of the game and indicated to shareholders Oracles intentions long term, the potential revenues involved and 5 years plan, you may find more PI’s buying in and getting excited. To finally develop an understanding of where we are
But there’s none of that. I’m gobsmacked. It’s stuff happening behind the scenes but nothing of interest being relayed to us in detail. The company may be contracted to keep certain details confidential at this time, which is fine, but don’t expect the share price to hold up
I’d definitely say it’s welcomed and another step in the right direction. But looks like another 6-12 months before financing and funding with 2-3 more studies ongoing, before anything can be signed legally.
Placings inbetween, really need this share price to hold up because at the current rate, Gold and no THAR news wont support it.
The end goal and prospect for ORCP and shareholders alike could be very lucrative, but we have no idea what our future involvement will be, and rewards which come with it
I don't actually think NZ is a bad little project, considering it's been passed around more than Jose Mourinho.
The results were there, it's Gold rich and relatively shallow and we owned 100% for a price of £90,000 at the time? If the company piled the millions into that, which they did with GH, they'd comfortably have a Resource, in the millions of oz's, starting to think about serious Development opportunities, and for a small Cap company in Western Australia it could have been very lucrative
But instead we drilled it once, yielded positive results and let RiversGold potentially Scoop up 80% of it now for $600,000. $600,000!!, we've put multiples of that amount into GH with no firm agreements to date with offtake partners. Seems slightly backwards to me and it's a direction Driven by Naheed. Only she can get us out of it, Us shareholders want ACTIONS, not words. I'm making a note now after every Q&A Interview, the amount of times she's promised we should be Very close to news and the fact this will "SOON" be reflected in the shareprice. It's the same thing for years now and within that time, the Share price has plummeted 90%. Not good enough
Nobody put a gun to my head and forced me to buy ORCP shares granted, but as a CEO, on a nice £100K+ salary, you have a level of responsibility that cannot be passed onto anybody else and the protection of your shareholders
I’m kind of committed to this company now. I won’t have as many as I once thought I’d have. But it’ll get to the point, unless your average significantly reduces, I think there’ll be a lot of LTH that won’t see their money again.
I’m certainly waiting until after the next raise if I do end up buying more because listening to her interview with Zak, it didn’t fill me with much near term confidence regards with GH. I think this is still some ways off
Looking closely at ORR & EEE for entry opportunities over the next 6 months. Both looks bullish.
Just no more mention Naheed of near term share price increases or “returns”. Seems to be the kiss of death every time she says it. I feel for all shareholders sold up the river with THAR after spending millions on it. “The right opportunity”?, how long can she keep that One up for. That too didn’t sound great
I’m overly keen, as many of you are, to see what kind of deal she can pull off for shareholders and ORCP when it comes to the development of GH. is it something that could be worth tens of millions near term, and much more longer term, or will we be shafted and move this pipe dream onto one of the majors for next to nothing.
It's more worrying to me how frequent Naheed keeps linking the words Gold and Revenue, like this is and will be the nearest form of any Revenue. I was initially excited by the Gold but anybody who carries a basic understanding of the Gold mining, or any mining in general knows we're still many years away from commercial production at NZ.
A nearby Maiden Resource should attract should attention but at which point, we'll have given 80% away and will then have to begin to fund our 20%. Hopefully the Resource hits anything in between the Exploration Target of multiple Millions but a lot of work to carry out.
Did Naheed mention in one of her Quarterly recaps last year that one of these potential partners would be making some form of investment into Oracle, whatever happened to this?
For my sins, i will be getting more shares, just to bring my average down. They’re that cheap and can snap up a few million for pennies now. But it won’t be until after the next fundraise because I can see further dips
If we hear news before then and I miss out, then so be it.
No mention on THAR, GH looks in the same position as 5 months ago, “looking to complete off take agreements”. Let’s hope they do for all of our sake.

Cheers Magnum
The never ending elephant in the room for me has to be a nearby raise, a raise in which I’m worried to even think about the logistics after the last one.
If they offer a significantly discounted raise like last time, god only knows where this could head to
Hopefully this update provides us with more.
I read it, and it didn't really seem like news, or anything new? apart from Confirming that now if they wanted to, Riversgold can pull out of the agreement, if they wished to
Although i had envisioned Riversgold to have spent a lot more than they have by this point, so the good news is we can see a lot more drilling at NZ (Free of charge to Oracle) to further prove up the ground. It is getting to a stage now where as ORCP shareholders, we hope Riversgold can soon Deliver a Maiden Resource in the near future before we have to put our hands back in our pockets, and fund exploration there. Just keep drilling until results tell you to stop and keep expanding that Ore body
This imo will not be the Price mover we're looking for, or keep this company going over the next 24 months. But if approached correctly, long term it could add quite a bit of value
Green Hydrogen & THAR updates needed
This could drop below 0.0002 if we have no news before the next raise. In terms of a clear pathway and an understanding of what’s to come next, it’s safe to say that we’re all in the dark hanging onto the hope that these multi Billion £ projects will come to fruition and save our investments.
It’s a sad state of affairs but I’m 90% down by now. Selling what’s left in the pot personally wouldn’t be worth the heartache if Naheed turns all of this around.
We genuinely don’t know what’s going on. Good/Bad/Life Changing/Empty promises and even once/if good news lands and the share price recovers, il still look back and reflect on Naheeds management negatively from a communication standpoint.
Unfortunately, it's been over two months since the company raised £350,000 was it? A 25-30% Share Dilution at a discount of 50%?
And this is when the Share price was over 100% of what it is now. I fear we're due another placing before significant news and it could be extremely rough
As always, hope to be proven wrong but shareholders are bleeding Thousands here, it needs action
One RNS
“Oracle Energy have partnered with (Insert Blockbuster Name) to begin Construction of its 150,000 kg a day Green Hydrogen plant”, but with a bit more salesmanship.
Who? Why? What ?
For the Share price to increase, we’ll need new shareholders, that’s an undeniable fact. Come out and tell those shareholders EXACTLY what they’ll be investing into. When will this be achieved and what will it mean for Oracle Shareholders when the company move onto their next development.
This has to be laid out and communicated and it just isn’t. I was on board with Naheeds strategy. I’m content that she doesn’t come out three times a week with a tweet or interview and ramping the life out of the GHP. As long as developments are being made and progressed. But the disconnect and isolation with ORCP shareholders is beginning to become slightly alarming.
Shareholders can exercise patience when they know the next steps. We’re all guessing what’s going to come next and it’s not the most comfortable situation to find yourself in, especially being 80-90% down on your investment.
The problem for me, as shareholders, we all seem a little lost, and in the dark, whilst maintaining this blind level of hope that we’re eventually going to be integrated into this multi Billion £ Project. But what comes next ? What’s the projected revenue ? What will our % be ?
It’s supposedly a 2-3 year build with production some time in 2026. And we’ve all of a sudden found out there’s a £6m development/pilot plant which is going to come first ? (Didn’t find out in an RNS though)
The Gold results for me where positive and in line with previous exploration. But even then, they’re hoping for a JORC resource early in the new year after more drilling. That kind of milestone for me won’t be hit until at least H2
We really are in the dark, even with the completed Feasibility study. If you are racking up interest Naheed and bringing in the big guns, fantastic but you have a duty of care and a level of responsibility to your shareholders.
The AIM has been wiped out these last couple of years, ORCP are not isolated. But those companies with anything about them (EEE for example), if you can prove to the market and showcase your actual potential, it’ll take note, stand up and the share price can recover. Since Naheed took charge, 93% of the companies valuation has been wiped out. I think if the majority of us, performed similar in our day to day jobs, we’d be in deep bother.
Not one for getting on the ceo back and calling for a replacement, but she really has to take action, and deliver some direction on multiple fronts. What on earth is happening with THAR?
I feel like we should actually or (Riversgold), actually deliver a Bankable Resource before we get excited, the Exploration Target is purely that, and nothing else, a target, albeit based on Historic Exploration
If the body keeps growing, that's the main focus right now. A nice free carry for now on a potential Multi Million oz Resource. Keep drilling until results tell you otherwise.
With more drilling, Calculating a Resource, Feasibility and Environmental studies, Dril and Blasting the stuff out of the Ground, then shipping it to a local Processing Mill (If not build ourselves), you're comfortably talking 3-5 years before you can even start to think about Revenue. This is the Beauty of the Green Hydrogen Project, the science and technology already exists to piggy back on and from its Introduction just over 2 years ago, ORCP have already completed its first Feasibility study
Positive RNS today, just keep going. Probably plenty of dilution in between now and Revenue so focus on the next steps
Low grade, which we already knew, but good results in my eyes. Consistent with previous drilling and very encouraging
Still a bit gutted we could potentially be giving up 80% of this for $600,000?? But I suppose in our current position we just don’t have the resources to tackle this ourselves
Hopefully these results continue
So Naheed very clear that our progress within the Green Hydrogen Project is advanced. And made no secrets that, Hydrogen won’t be rolled out of the plant in 2026/2027, covered in “Oracle Energy” packing. Something which I thought was the case in the first place, so nicely clarified.
We’ll develop to a stage where a consortium/multiple lenders, will fund the project, and take it forward, with hopefully OE maintaining equity interest (like the gold JV), and possibly a premium or something sooner ?
Share prize briefly addressed and touched upon but nothing to suggest that there won’t be more placings in the future, for the running of the company 🤷🏻♂️, which is standard, but leads the value of this company, open to the grim hands of the market.
Any other takes from it ?
