Adam Davidson, CEO of Trident Royalties, discusses offtake milestones and catalysts to boost FY24. Watch the video here.
Yeah sometimes not posting, is better than posting at all. But then the company can never win can they. I'd like there to be more engagement with the Shareholders but I'm focusing on the big picture. DFS has to be soon, as stated in the Quarterly update. Give current and potential shareholders a Glimpse into the financials and long term economics of this project Oracle began to develop. THAR and Solar will play a huge role in the future, but i believe any near term value will come from GH. A couple of quiet months (RNS related), hasn't changed my thought process.
Whilst remaining pretty vague, she 100% alluded that the next 2-3 months would be very telling. after watching it, I'm even more convinced that these inflexion points are near, the biggest being the DFS. I mean it would make sense for the share price to move positively once released, but it's about the bigger picture. Completing this and moving onto Project design, which I'm sure is already underway in a couple of aspects. The financing could fall at any point in between. Also, it will give shareholders and Financial backers, more insight into the lifetime economics of the project and projected revenues
She reiterated about the Gold Project and the 20% long term interest, if and when the JV is formalised after the Farm in milestones are reached. And how she wants to adopt a similar approach for all projects, which long term, suits me as a shareholder in the current position. 5/10/20% Royalty in a Multi Billion £ Green Hydrogen Project, whilst developing other projects on a similar scale, I'l take that
Interesting to note, ORCA, their board have released one of those RNS reports today to tell the market they're not aware of any specific reason for the rise

That said, the buying is telling, and at such a low MCAP, like ours, it shows what's possible here. If Block 6 could fall into one of the projects that benefits from the Tens of Billions to be invested by the Chinese Government, that alone would send this parabolic.
But nicely, she always touches upon the other projects, and the need to drive them all forward to a stage that the Financer can take over, we benefit, and develop the next. Not much has changed from what i knew, but still have the confidence to carry on topping up here and boosting my allocation. Buying into the potential, and riding the near term dilutions and rough waves, very happy to do so
Although not started, I'd imagine a Feasibility study for the Thar Solar Project must be high on the agenda to really kick start that venture
GLA :)
Thank you STM - Just watched it, enjoyed it and she talked well through the projects. Not really interested in the comments on how exhausted she looked, i didn't particularly pick up on that fact. I think it comes down to whether you believe she has the best intentions of the company, do you believe that 1/2/3 projects will get over the line, or she's flogging shareholders for everything they have, which i don't think is the case
"Parking the project in a Profitable Position" caught my attention which is an obvious strategy being applied, before moving onto the next project whilst maintaining a Royalty at the same time
Couple of exciting months ahead
Still not seen it, and although it's an ideal time for Naheed to get her thoughts across and bring encouragement to investors, it's important to remember that it's a "Q2" Q&A and recap so don'e be surprised when nothing new is announced.
Will watch and give my verdict when it's available
LW, i was under the impression that we were set to recieve Preliminary results earlier on in Q2, that obviously never materialised. But now we've teen told to expect the Completed study "Soon", so this was my understanding, with CET funding a seperate Feasibilty study elsewhere in the project. If i have my lines crossed though, i do apologise, still trying to get my head fully around the situation. Hopefully the upcoming Q&A will answer a lot of questions
I agree LW. It’s all happening without really knowing as and when, and Oracles long term role in the project. That’s a key point and question I still want answering. How Naheed sees Oracles ongoing involvement, and more important, as an equity partner, where will we stand with GH? Long term royalty? Finders fee and move onto the next ?
Did the company receive any initial results for the DFS, or will the near term completed study be the first they’ve received ? I’ve been buying down at these levels and will continue to do so, but we need more.
I think to be fair to the company, Northern Zone has been drilled to death by a number of companies of the years, supplying the company with a huge amount of data to build upon, which they did with their own drilling
The Company expects to receive the completed technical and commercial feasibility study for green hydrogen and green ammonia soon from thyssenkrupp Uhde ("thyssenkrupp").
This is positive news. Although we’ve received no initial results as planned, the “completed” study sounds like it’s not too far away.
Equate to around 5%? Picked a few more up, very quiet but not unexpected. Depending on Naheeds long term vision with the GH, your looking at a 3 year build time so patience is an attribute you should store in your locker.
Looking forward to the design and planning stage later on in 2023
A cash injection with the JDA is something I've also routed for GH, it makes total sense and won't do any harm in ORCP asking it to be included in the terms and conditions. It would massively help the company and would be a drop in the ocean financially, when talking about a Multi Billion $ build
Good news today, move ahead with planning and design. A finished design plan of the overall project would really start to give it vision
Hi James I agree. But can you say that about the majority of binding agreement and bankability projects ? Before that news is released, it’s all conjecture with a hint of research added to the mix.
And from a personal stand point, if this does get over the line, I feel like anyone who bought in at 1p or less, even higher, will be rewarded long term. I make no apologies for my comment and anybody who is sitting on a massive loss, which I know some are, this is the way it goes.
I understand the anger and disappointment from LTH but il look at it from a selfish point of view, as should every shareholder and investor. People will always invest at different points and times in a companies journey, that’s just life and it happens that I’ve done it at a time where I’ve been able to snap up a very cheap price. So yeah I believe this will be rewarding for shareholders, who have bought in at numerous stages over the years. Otherwise, I wouldn’t be here.
My highest purchase I think was 0.0042 so todays price is over 75% down from that point so I too have bought at a premium. I’m not doing to cash out at a £50m MCAP, I have a lot of my money tied up in this and believe further down the line it has the potential to become a MID CAP company with a valuation into the hundreds of millions. It’s assets certainly have that potential, it’s about how Naheed delivers that. And as an investor since I’ve started, I think the way she had handled GH as a project, is testament and it has progressed very well. Others are able to have their opinion on the matter and that’s more than fine, but that is mine.
Should not be long before Oracle benefit from potential transactions with one or more energy or fuel companies
Intrigued about this and the direct impact it will have, but I whichever way you look at it, from our current valuation, any kind of transaction should be very rewarding for shareholders. Whether it’s a fee, or a long term percentage in the run life of the GHP
I do want more and think il be buying today or tomorrow. I think that MoU the other day momentarily asked a couple of questions of timing when it comes to GH, but I personally believe financing will be in the near future. Buying at £0.0009 will please me, but the price may continue to drop but that’s the gamble il have to take.
