We definitely need it 100%. And this isn’t aimed at anybody because we’re all in the same boat, and all we’ve done is exercise patience these last few years. But for me, it’s important to remember that we have Bert in charge, a ceo that has never steered us wrong and one that travels out to Mali 4-5 times a year. He’ll be just as eager as the rest of us, if not more to get this over the line and I’m sure the day it lands, he’ll be scripting that RNS for us, if he already isn’t :)

At the current price, Cora will mine $1.3B worth of Gold in the first 5 years. Let that sink in.

Would be great to get into another drilling campaign once construction begins, even if the Company did a raise for it. It's one factor the market always reacts positively to, not that we need it with mine construction looming.

Sanankoro isn't the biggest Resource on the market by any means, but it is modest at 1Moz with plenty of room to expand, but I would say it is some of the more accessible Gold I've seen.

It’s permitting news, which will trigger financing, which will trigger mine construction. If the above happens, and the gold price remains as it is, shackles will be released here. Im almost sure of it.

The company will be well placed, investors are just wary and curious about Mali, and it’s restructuring of the mining code.

So the company Delivered an outstanding DFS based on a Gold price of $2750, averaging 64,000 oz per year. The difference in revenue between both Gold prices alone is currently $72,000,000 per year. A figure alone which is bigger than our MCAP. it’s such a brilliant buying opportunity.

RiversGold is definitely the better play. 40% of the profits and free carry, same MCAP as here. Will look myself

In its current situation, this looks like a brilliant deal for Oracle moving forward. A 10% free carry and all costs for mine development covered elsewhere. Lots of noise and ramping and “GGP style gains” talk. Ignore all of that and let the dust settle. It’s a pathway to production, and that’s where the value is built here.

Got to say, Riversgold have landed on their feet. 40% free carry just by drilling a couple of million $ worth of drill holes. That should have been Oracle if Naheed hadn’t plowed in £5m to the green hydrogen project. Amateur

That said, well done holders, maybe this is one she finally gets over the line, I just hope future dilution to fund other projects isn’t too harsh.

Yeah I’ve certainly been in that same boat with FOMO elsewhere. My proper first investment was GGP, And getting to know the ropes. So understanding that between a mining permit, environmental permit, financing, and a DFS, it is a lengthy process for all companies which does take time.

I think since the lifting in March, the company have acted swiftly and decisively at every turn, but I’m welll aware that effort doesn’t always automatically correspond to success, there are factors outside of the companies control.

I’ve just turned 36 and all of my shares are in a private pension so I’ve got some time to wait this out and act accordingly. I do understand some investments here are for more near term use and I fully get that. I think we have a board in charge of Cora that are extremely efficient and my own take from Bert and the videos I’ve watched, is he’s convinced that the permit should land soon. ie if I wake up tomorrow and we get that little red dot, it would not surprise me. Although, I’m content that the RNS may come months from now. I’d hopefully expect it before the new year and if we’re sat here this time next year, still awaiting the permit, then serious alarm bells would be ringing, but at the moment, I’m pretty content.

I don’t want an unrealistic market value right now, and £48m may be appropriate, but there are factors to take into consideration. If we hadn’t submitted the DFS(and updated), and we hadn’t even submitted an application to mine, I’d understand the reservations here. Although there has been a severe delay with the 2023 mining code update, I now think that update significantly benefits Cora. The faster we get the gold out of the ground, the faster Mali receive their royalties.

Whether we should be valued more than we currently are, who knows. I’m basing my investment on the fact I believe we’re undervalued in comparison to what’s coming in the next 24-36 months. I have no worries with the mining permit, and believe it’s more of a formality of when, not if.

I’ve been invested 4-5 years now, and we’re on the cusp. If I’m not willing to wait for this Permit, then investing isn’t for me. The most infuriating part for me, is that Gold stocks around the market bounce on a strong Gold price. It has no affect here, and I’m not sure whether that’s to do with jurisdiction or it’s all hanging on the mining permit being granted, but once granted, the majority of any jurisdictional issues will be nullified.

We have a better pathway to production, and will be debt free generating hundreds of millions of $, which will bankroll production elsewhere. There are a wide range of junior exploration companies that have started in Africa and have stayed since, I strongly believe we’ll join that list. There are zero signs that point towards permitting issues, it’s just going to take a bit of time.

Just think of the £48m MCAP company when $70m+ lands in their accounts in the coming months for construction build.

Very exciting, and deserved times for all. Not just for the company, this is 7-8 years in the making of thorough planning and clear cut execution

But well done to all the LTHs and new investors who’ve trusted this process. It’s always had potential, just hurdles on the way.

I think when the mining Permit is confirmed: 18-22p within a week or two.

Once construction begins for a long time it will fluctuate but won’t drop an awful lot due to the potential and what’s coming up. I can see it hitting 30p+ before first gold pour

But I’ve been so wrong on these in the past. But I do believe we’ll look back and think 10p is a bargain.

Welll look at OMI, how that’s flown, £90m MCAP and double this. We’ll be producing Gold I’d imagine far far before they will.

That said, I’ve followed them for years, they’ve got some sensational ground, and keeps on delivering and this isn’t a dig at them. More of a justification as to why I think we’ll soon double in share price, and probably a lot more.

A pathway to revenue and to become entirely debt free within 24-36 months. I think this is hugely underrated.
