Toubani now need to secure ESIA and further funding parameters but have an agreement with Mali under the 2023 Mining code

I think the long term plan would be building up group resources in the multi millions of ozs and funding expansion from within. With minimum dilution and Billions of $ worth of Gold, £1 a share would be nice

On one of the richest gold belts in Senegal and on the same Gold belt as the largest producing gold mine in Senegal, the Sabodala Gold mine, owned by Endeavour mining. In 2019 they went from 54p a share to £16 a share overnight, they’re now valued at £1.7B and have multiple assets. The first phase drilling at MF was a success and could really open Cora up to working and producing on 2 fronts. Walk before we can run but there’s a significant opportunity here for years to come.

Yeah I think that was a disaster, unaudited accounts. False promises, something really stunk over those ways. Shame really, as they have a producing plant, albeit very run down and in need of major TLC

I digress, but yeah it would be a brilliant purchase, and when your going to splash out $70-$100m on a mine construction, such costs for a drill rig would go down very welll. I was however impressed around 2021, Bert scheduled in a 40,000m+ campaign with a drilling contractor and they really didn’t mess around. Wasted no time and executed in a timely manner. Costs depending, a similiar campaign would be most welcome opening up new ground, and converting the current resources.

I think it’s just full steam ahead at Sanankoro getting it to mine readiness. I think Bert knows the potential and before too long, they’ll have the drill in the ground again. 50km of potential strike length so plenty to aim at. I think there’ll be future drill programmes planned:

1) To increase the remainder of the 1.1Moz resource to indicated so it can all be used in a future DFS

&

2) Identify new targets.

A lot of the confirmed resources are open in multiple directions. There are targets that have been successfully drilled which don’t yet contribute to the DFS but with further drilling can add hundreds of thousands of oz’s.

Bert recently waved off the exploration team, I think they were heading for Senegal and Madina Fouble. One of the richest gold belts in Africa and we have a brilliant tenement there, already throwing up good grades.

In time, I’d love Bert to purchase a Cora drill rig, think the one Craig Brown got at ECR was from China $250,000. A lot of money but with your on exploration team, consumables, diesel and drill rods, such an asset can make great inroads into increasing the value of your property. One of the good few things CB did at ECR (God rest his soul). So yeah, hopefully continued to exploration but can fully understand the companies current stance. May drop them an email.

Along with the 65% already in very sticky hands and looking to return Multiples of the Millions they've already invested, although this 65% will be slightly diluted once Mali interests are obtained, Add 35% of Share allocation in the hands of the Mali Government and locals, who I'm pretty sure will be holding longer than some of us will be. The supply for Cora shares will be limited, and this is as we enter news rich period which will grow and grow. I think we'll have the permit before the end of July, possibly a lot sooner

That said, I wouldn’t like them to go as hard as they did with TOUBANI and take 35%. Bit high for me but wouldn’t be the worse thing.

Strange one really. Slowly ticked up over the months, without any huge downtrend for new investors to maybe push the button.

I’m of the opinion it isn’t too late, but as an investor, when we were in the 4p range not too long ago, it’s difficult buying at 9p. I remember buying more in the 6p range after waiting for 4p for it to pullback and it never. Not to worry.

It’s hard to say regarding mining permit. My personal opinion based on the last RNS, Bert’s body language and interviews is that he seems confident of us getting it soon. Gone from years of waiting and waiting to Bert convinced we can begin construction H2 2025, i think we’ll see it soon. In terms of the Mali government, I think it strongly favours them(and us as an extension) to grant us a mining permit. Time will tell but it’s been a long time coming, hopefully the board are fully committed and this gets taken to production in the near term.

Yeah definitely, I think it'll be important to remember too when the freshened up Feasibility study is released, CAPEX will have increased, I'd imagine AISC will have increased and think like Toubani Resources, they'll incorporate Mali's free 10% carry into the AISC etc, but ultimately with a larger Resource and an out of control Gold price, the valuation of Sanankoro will sky rocket. They're not waiting around, and in a matter of time, the share price will follow

Great interview, he can't stop smiling and seems adamant that we'll be in construction this year, meaning Mining permit will be approved and financing sorted.

Can see the CAPEX hitting north of $100m now, wonder if they can go back to Atlantique and negotiate a higher lending figure. Who knows

That’s fair enough Browns, I’m thinking the opposite with the permit, think we’ll see it much sooner than what people think, but each to their own. It’s a strong asset and with a 10% carry, it’s more than in Malis interest to let this play out moving forward.

We wouldn’t be here if we didn’t think it wouldn’t grow any further. But obviously that’s a sentiment on every board.

Gold explorer to Gold producer. That’s the goal here and could seen be a reality, a reality valued a lot more than £35m it’s currently worth. A great asset with a good board driving it forward with limited dilution.

Yeah, funds seem well managed here too. I thought APTA would have been taken to a Resource before moving on, but remember Brad explaining that the JV wanted a broader picture on Anza, that's certainly coming together

A few 8p BUYS this morning, not letting a single one of mine go for a while.

Breaktwister - appreciate the reply and understand what you’re saying. I still think at the same time, it’s not the END of Pepas should we say (not that your suggesting that). It’s positive exploration and opening Anza on multiple fronts is a great strategy by the board by validating multiple Resources on the asset.

Without generating revenue, the next best is increasing company value through proving up resources. Combined with a strong Gold price, this is what sets Orosur ahead of the rest in the junior mining space, and more eyes will be on it

I’ve been in and out for years and currently I’m all in on Cora , but like to keep up with developments around the market and think this is going in a great direction. The next milestone would be to define the resource which I think they will do, explore its access routes regarding mining and that’ll take you to the next step. Exploration can continue parallel to this.

From an outsider looking in, quite surprised with the reaction of some here.

92m @ 1.68 g/t Au from surface is a brilliant intercept, Orosur are still an exploration company and will remain for some time whilst they prove up resources. If results continue, similar to the previous RNS, Orosur wont have any worries about "Proving up resources"
