This alone X 80,000 oz for first year production = $100,000,000 extra in profit alone for the first year

Sure the price will fluctuate inbetween now and the first pour, and more taxes, but if the AISC stays around the same mark, it’s very inviting.

Yeah I think compelling is a great word to take from it all. Plenty of risk along the way, and that element remains until the mining permit is granted, but we’re feeling more confident that the day is coming.

I remember when Bert announced the 40,000m drilling campaign, I thought there’ll be a huge amount of hit and miss, but it wasn’t the case. It was strong results followed by strong results and then it was all seemingly fast tracked towards a resource, a concrete resource, rather than further exploration. It has so much more to offer and learning from the do’s and donts from their neighbours at Hummingbird, it’ll set the company up nicely. I don’t think Cora will get taken out. They’ve put themselves in such a strong position, any buyout would have to be in the hundreds of millions imo, when you compare it to the eventual potential here. Buying a lot more down here and extremely excited for what’s to come. Hold your nerve, do your research and 2025 and 2026 should bring you happiness here.

There is much much more to dig your teeth into here reading back, but the development has been eye opening. Ran by an honest CEO, obviously the good ground helps bucket loads but it's all coming together, now it's just a waiting game for the mining permit. And without sounding like a broken record, the new DFS should strongly deliver on the original in 2022 with a much stronger Gold price and a larger indicated Resource at Sanankoro. Vastly remains unexplored and Cora look to have all of the tools to really advance to an actual Gold miner and producer within the next 24-36 months. My largest holding by far now and I've not been invested into many junior Gold companies that can rival the numbers here (Exception GGP/OMI)

Would need to have a MCAP of £400-£500m as it currently stands. If you have a percentage of that in cash in the bank, then definitely.

Projected $76m FCF for the first year, and that’s without accounting for the significantly increased gold price, and potential higher production annually from Sanankoro.

Projected 80,000 oz first year production. These are only projections from the original DFS. If AISC stays at a similiar price, add an extra $1000 to each of the 80,000 ozs that’ll be produced, for profit.

Really looking forward to this updated DFS, think the numbers will be striking.

Once construction begins I think this’ll go higher than 10p with a lot of fluctuation between then and the first gold pour. It’s so tightly held, 65% between 5 individuals ? Went from 6p to 20p in a short space of time on drilling results alone. Begin construction, continue drilling and prove up new resources, take this to 1.4-2Moz and the share price will settle higher.

All about that mining permit now and then we’re off the the races.

I’m a bit confused because I thought we fell into the following category

I’m pretty sure browny it has already been submitted. The hold up and delay has been the new mining code, which looks to have been resolved. With Bert commenting that once our application has been approved and we have the magical green light, we can then begin construction. It could be any day now, if we get it in H1 of 2025 il be extremely happy. Need to take advantage of that good price high. And although construction and first pour would take 18 months from when it’s approved, the economics alone with sanankoro and a high gold price would attract a lot of interest.
