Chris Heminway, Exec-Chair at Time To ACT, explains why now is the right time for the Group to IPO. Watch the video here.
Jinx indeed haha but good to see others picking up on it, i wonder how much money he actually has
Only just realised David Lenigas is the Chairman of RGL. Lack of research on my behalf, or maybe now I've slightly forgotten about it with GH on the Horizon. The biggest pump and dump merchant I've ever come across in Investing, and that takes some doing. Waxed Lyrical for years about Wishbone and then moved onto the next spin **Approach with caution** but the drilling will do the talking
“ The funds were raised from both new and existing investors, including the Company's largest shareholder, His Highness Sheikh Ahmed Dalmook Al Maktoum through the Subscription. His Highness also continues to invest significantly and directly in the Project by funding his 70 per cent. share of the joint venture. The Fundraising has utilised the Company's remaining headroom for such share issuance.”
I think this is often glossed over and really shows the commitment, finances and dedication that sheikh is giving here, not only subscribing to the placing, but also fully funding his 70% of the JV. It speaks testament to what’s to come and the conviction he has, that this will go all of the way. If the majority of the £360,000 will go towards advancing the GH project, Sheikhs ongoing share could be around the £700,000 mark. A lot of money to be investing into a project, and when our MCAP is only £4m, it’s encouraging
Sorry GH I never meant anything by it. Your 2 passionate posters and I respect that. I do see both sides by ultimately remain extremely bullish about this company and trying to ride the dark waves before the success enters the frame in H2 2023. :) all good just gutted I made my last purchase at 0.0014 and have no funds but that’s all part of it
I thought we would have heard something by now, but I wouldn’t necessarily put it down to Thyssenkrupp. That’s Q2 initial results update came form Naheed and seemed pretty vague from the start. But agreed, great opportunity to load up and no excuses for those who “wish they would have loaded up lower down”, when the share price begins to move.
Get your cheapies, last opportunity this week 😉
All seriousness though, I think once you see a little bit of volume here, we’ll eat through the 20% rises but I’m targeting 2000% + for my long term gains. Buying some more today, news really shouldn’t be too far away, on numerous fronts.
STM - in terms of Costs and Savings, it won’t be too late for GH, the Feasibilty report will be just be adjusted at a later stage (for the better). This is all dependant on purchasing the equipment from countries outside, but I’m pretty sure I remember a lot of purchasing will be from China.
I think because the process may seem fresh and new to a lot of people, myself included, there will be questions surrounding the technology, the process and those kind of factors.
That said, the AIM of the company is not to sell the process, or the technology, the Main Goal is to Produce, and then sell Hydrogen. The technology is only a means, and a pathway for the company to use, to meet their goals. So if there's a chance of using existing technologies which are proven, just all over it
The Mou's are useful. I'm not blinkered to believe that every MoU announced, will materialise into anything of substance, but they're made to create platforms of communication and potential future engagements in a particular field of Green Hydrogen and the entirety of the project. Especially been surprised, in a good way, the involvement on the ground and their willingness to fund a Feasibility report for the project, off their own back, even though all we have signed is an MoU (CET)
Do we own the technology? In terms of its physical presence (Solar Panels/Electrolysers), YES we will once payment has been made and construction has begun. In terms of designing the technology or holding any kind of exclusive long term rights to the technology, then NO. But that's expected. Do Greatland Gold own the exclusive rights to their drill that can go 2,000m underground, or any other the excavation equipment they're using to progress their decline? NO, they've purchased existing technology and using that to their advantage, just like we'll be doing here. It's common sense and stream lines the process when it comes to Construction and timelines
Great to see new faces, new investment and traffic when talking about Oracle Power. Some very healthy buying these last couple of days
Land: Leased for 30 years and paid
Loi and Rights to Produce and distribute Green Hydrogen
Financing: To come once the Feasibility Studies and Reports are published
Happy to openly discuss but your basic questions Solo, all covered in the RNS Reports so worth a luck and i agree with other posters. All worth doing before you even begin to think about investing here
It certainly looks to have the backing of the necessary authorities which is a significant factor when it comes to any delays, and getting the project underway. Word certainly getting out and all noises surrounding the GH project, very encouraging
Well CET is a subsidary of the state Grid and according to the original MoU RNS with CET it stated the following:
https://www.lse.co.uk/rns/ORCP/strategic-mou-for-green-hydrogen-project-with-cet-kaih08oeeomezkh.html
"CET is a wholly-owned subsidiary of State Grid Corporation of China, the largest power producer in the world by revenue in 2021. The MoU with CET, which has a mandate to finance, build, operate and maintain large renewable power generation projects within and outside of China, is focused on accelerating the development of Oracle Energy's Green Hydrogen Project, which includes the construction of a Hybrid Renewable Energy Production and Storage facility, combining 700MW of solar and 500MW of wind power, and battery storage."
So i'd say yes, the financing certainly will be getting discussed as we speak
state grid’s ****stan chief madam zhang lei - on site with naheed fills me with even more confidence about their involvement with this project, combined with them funding a feasibility study for the project, brilliant stpes
